Ah I was on Solaris
Hi, my friend is trying to login today. He mistakenly login his FB first (which is also linked to his TOF account), the PWG ID is different than on the transfer website. He tried using the email login, with the same email he used on the transfer website but the PWG ID he got is the same as his first FB login. We tried to delete the 2 accounts in-game on Account center and tried to re-login via email again, but still it's the same PWG he got before. I already asked him to email their CS. but if there's any help or tips, we will gladly try it out.
Hello! i haven't been able to play recently cause when i press "launch" in the launcher, i get a error message telling me i either don't have the right authorisation or wrong version... it doesn't work even when started launcher as admin and there's no updates when i press "check for update"

I solved this problem, right click on the client launcher and activate the compatibility option with Windows 7 and that's it

I can't seem to find my character. I haven't played since January 2023 when Anabella was just released. I recently logged back on a couple days ago via email and gmail login itself and no luck finding my character on any of the NA servers. I've tried searching up my username in-game according to a screenshot I took but the UID does not match with the username that pops up.
are there any tips of what to do if my in game pgw UDI is different from website UDI ? i only used the steam login on feb 25th to make my new account and on event page it shows me different UDI,
I then tried to "data transfer" (even though i had no data to transfer because i was new player) by logging with steam acc to pwg account but it gave me different UDI
So what do i do now? Make a support ticket?

generally mismatched IDs means you used the wrong email or sign in method (must be email, not another method) to enter the game
i know which email i have it on right now in game

The transfer is kinda scuffed
Some people who log into the game using a non-email method are having issues getting back the right ID
Deleting the account and making a new one (using email) can help get your ID back
its fine i sent an email lets see what will happen also yea there is a bit shitshow on transfers let this stage be over with and all will be fixed slowly

first login on pwg should be email method you binded during transfer.
and the announcement said they're transferring in batches.

if you have the character uid, you can look at the sheet to find your server based on the first 5 digits if your character was made before server merges were done
I've tried this, however still no luck. I remember primarily playing on NA - the worlds between but its not there.

I used to log in via google but choosing the "email" option instead and entering my gmail got the right ID.

in my previous pc, everytime I get in the game there are always pop up to input email + password
now I'm using another pc, installed tof and play as usual
the pop up only appear at first
but after exiting the game/closing the launcher
the next time I open the game, it already log in? instantly log in to previously entered email+password

i just tried to login the 3 different email address i uses to play games just in case i was using the wrong one but none of them has de data from my previous tof account, and i'm sure i allowed data transfer. i did it like 2-3 time to be sure i didn't lose data. but i don't have the data on any of them. not even connecting using google which was the way i used to connect to my account

since lots of people have been asking about the link not working when it defaults to their country/language

When I want to start Tower of Fantasy I get this message: "The procedure entry point "" was not found in the DLL "M:\TowerOfFantasy_Global\HottaLaunch\HottaGame.exe""
-> The problem is exactly at this address is the "HottaGame.exe" and when I try to start it somewhere else for example âHottaLauncher.exeâ comes up with the same message.
((I've already done everything with the transfer, everything worked yesterday, I don't understand why it doesn't anymore) even though the HottaGame.exe is there)
- I've already restarted the PC but that didn't help
- I also started the game with administrator rights but that didn't help either

I am also experiencnig this issue. Strange since it was working just fine yesterday. I did not do any software updates since and did not change any game file paths. It works on Mobile but not on my PC with the PC launcher.

I tested literally everyting here a list of it
- updating windows
- doing every driver update
- redownloading the launcher
- cmd command "sfc /scannow"
- downloading Visual C++ Redistributable and DirectX
and some other stuff that i probably forgot
but still nothing is working maybe they just need some time to fix it, let me know if yours is working

Ok i found a solution some people before us had the same problem and i fixed the problem too
-> You just need to add the HottaUpdate.exe to your exceptions in your anti virus

afaik thatâs the big fat question mark rn D:
if it canât overwrite it then one option may be to delete that acct, make a new PWG acct and go through the transfer authorization process again (it gives you new matching PWG ID)
if we know LI keeps data til April this should theoretically work
but donât do anything just yet
so I should just leave it alone? cause all I did was make a new char and used the continue to recent content so I can look through the friends to find my old acc

From the occasional PS performance issue popping up here and in reddit, I heard many people are indeed have quite alot of performance issue in PS4, particularly on newer map. They are not recommending playing ToF in PS4 and only play it if you are on PS5.
Also, afaik this server is mainly for PC version and there is a different discord server for ps version with their own help channel, maybe trying to reach there would allow you obtaining more response about the matter..

what do you do if the rewards you claimed on the event page (like the free ssr they give you) arent showing up in your in game mail or inventory..

when you claim it, it sends it to the last character you were on, so if you claimed it before being on your main character, then you didn't get it.
This is why they recommend claiming it ingame instead of the website.
You can try and send them a mail or open a ticket ingame. if ingame, then use the event bug form, that is what I did since I did the same thing.

if you enter, your char name wont be in the server, but you will transfer the progress, so dont be afraid if name not there

was busy other game betas so didnt sort out transfer stuff, ofc i did the process well before the initial deadline etc
but its not even letting me type in my age in the text box
if i set it to a different region then it has different ways of doing it but for UK its literally a textbox asking for age as a number and i literally cannot type anything
the previous code thing also cut off the text box
the actual transfer went fine after a few attempts closing and reopening (as in the whole client) but thought i should mention it
just to be clear im in the game and fine etc just saying about the text box being weird , doesnt really help that it says new email or w/e too

You should contact cs via email and dont forget to include your game id, screenshoot your profile or pay history, server id, level infinite email and so on.

Are you logging in using your email? Is it the same email you used for the transfer? Are you copying and pasting it, or typing it manually? Make sure to type it out, and check that the first letter isnât capitalized, as that can make a difference. Both IDs should match if they do, then find your region and server. You should only be logging in using email then using google when you got your account back.

but yes apparently it does allow you to link the LI account to a PWG account that uses a different email (I didn't know this at first but a mod mentioned it should be okay - somebody correct me if I'm wrong)
to sign into the game, you only need a code from the email you used for the PWG account
