This is not Error of Server down.
Just some kind of their credential mismatch because the launcher is not closed properly.
Try to Close Game and Launcher (close it from Hotbar in Taskbar right side)
And then relaunch it

Also make sure that the game is running in proper graphic card / GPU (Such as between integrated GPU / Dedicated GPU)
Usually it was caused by those kind of windows glitch.

Also don't forget to restart PC as well after updating driver

Did you meant about Graphic Settings for each graphics, Driver List of GPU, or Driver Update?

If Graphic settings for each driver, just open their own control panels.
If you don't have it, try to check from Microsoft Store instead if your Graphic Driver is DCH version.

If General Graphic Settings, Type [Graphic Settings] at Start menu / search bar

If Driver List, check at [Device Manager]

If Driver Update, you can check either by Windows Update, your OEM Website, or check in their own Official Website for the current update or availability in your Windows Version. If there are none, means that your driver is not compactible with Windows 11 and need to downgrade (Because sometime not matching Driver could lead into BSOD like DPC Watchdog)

check the Hotta.log for last few lines and see if there are any crashlog suggested

Usually there are some problem :

1. If your card bank issuer is blocking ToF Payment, it will be shown as Failed as well

Solution:
Contact your Bank Customer Service about this failure and show to them this error and error code. They might explain about this.
(Try not to show in Public like Twitter Tweets, Facebook Official Page, ect)

2. If your card bank issuer only opening 3DS (3 Digital Secure) method and TOF is not receiving 3DS yet

Solution :

• Contact the bank that issuing your card to check if your Card has 3DS for Online Transactions.
• Contact the TOF Customer Service and ask them if they receive payment method in 3DS or not (check #game-support
• Change your card / payment method.

Also, I'm not the CS in either of them, but at least I know about those kind of problem and how to handle it too....

Actually, it's not because of this game only.
It's more likely because Windows 11 is too young to be released and Driver is usually just still pretty messed up for now....
Especially if you're using Force Update Windows 10 to 11 and also the old PC or new PC with Windows 10 as boot up, mostly in Laptop.

Since several games has local server in several country too for low latency.

I'm trying to find out what causes the afterimage of chakrams thrown by Shiro to reduce that effect, I tried Post Product to Low and I tried Wanderer's Skill Opacity but failing to make it look.. less.
Here's what I mean in this screenshot, can see that on the left is mine with the afterimage of chakrams being a lot "stronger", while on the right side in the youtube video the afterimage is mostly transparent, the reason Opacity is not the right solution for the case is because you can see the chakrams thrown are very visible, as if he's running at 80%-100% at least in opacity, so only the afterimage are the ones in the focus here to fix, any help will be appreciated and thank you!

I don't think you can switch from one server to another and keep your game progress. If you chose an EU server, you are stuck with the EU server. And let's say you go and create one on NA servers with same account registered, you will start from scratch.

Hello, does anyone know why the camera would relentlessly insist on going to the most up position and force a looking down perspective? anytime i try to teleport/get into a building/use a dream machine/switch channels i get kicked out to the lobby and have to suffer through forcing my way into the game again. the lobby to in game loading screen is also hell for me because i always get stuck at 90%, i hear the in game ambient audio, then after a few minutes of more waiting on the loading screen i get kicked back out to lobby. the more progress i make in the story the worse this gets. i've tried to do this on pc and mobile, same problem. Normally the launcher window not fitting is related to DPI-Scaling, yet the screenshot resolution (assuming it's the full desktop space), prompts asking about that first.

Per the anti-cheat related BSOD's, pretty much the only known solutions right-now boil down to:
-- Update drivers for every device that you can. {Chipset, etc}
-- Update or change BIOS {to another version}.
-- Disable or Enable Above 4G Decoding in BIOS.
-- Disable or Enable CSM in BIOS. [assuming that the OS was installed for UEFI boot]
-- Make sure that Hyper-V is not running, and or completely disable Hardware VT {in BIOS}.  [This one would be Windows 10+ specific]
-- Swap operating systems, if you're willing to go that far. {meaning, transition to Windows 10 if you're on Windows 11, or Windows 11 if you're on Windows 10}

This is not ideal obviously, and hopefully future changes to the anti-cheat will resolve these more permanently. If you're feeling adventurous, anything that alters how memory and interrupts are assigned to hardware has a chance to alleviate the crashes / get things stable.

Did this start abruptly after the tutorial? Have you been able to connect to the game prior?

Usually 90% loading stalls are either hardware (that the game is taking so long to load to the point that the connection times out before the client is ready), or connection oriented in nature.

hello, I seem to have a problem of my computer turning off completely sometimes when playing the game? I checked online and it said the most common issue is over heating i checked my temperatures they are doing fine. after a while I found out it was file corruptions making this happen so I repaired the game (and have done so every time its crashed) but it still completely turns off my computer and makes it reboot at a random point in time? it is also not a computer spec problem as i have an i5 11th gen 64gb of ddr4 3.2k gHz of ram and a 1060 gtx. is there any fix to this? It's not caused by TOF specifically.
U should check your GPU settings and set it so your PC will use your dedicated GPU everytime you run TOF. Sometimes the issue can be fixed just by updating the driver.

It's an iGPU (integrated GPU) that comes with your CPU.
It's usable but I won't recommend using it to run TOF though. Dedicated GPU is way better.

I would recommend you to run benediction or dps comp for coop and dps comp for solo content.
These are my best recommendation:
For coop, you can run Samir-Neme-Zero for support
Or
Samir-King-Neme or Samir-Tsubasa-Neme for dps.

For solo, Samir-King-Neme is one of the cheese comp currently.

For PVP, Samir Meryl Neme is very convenient.

Tidato's assessment is probably spot-on that there doesn't exist a game-profile in the drivers to prefer the discrete GPU for Tower of Fantasy. Updating drivers may suffice, if not, and if you've already set a profile manually using NVidia or AMD's Control Panel respectively -- then you could try Windows' built in selector.

For Windows' built in method:
-- Right click on the desktop in empty-space, select "Display Settings"
-- Scroll down on the "Display" settings page, and select "Graphics Settings"
-- Select "Desktop App" from the app-preference dropdown, and then "browse".

The game's been giving me the blue screen of death since release every time I close it. It totalled my previous SSD and I had to buy a new one. I thought that was the problem but now it just gave me my first blue screen on my brand new SSD after I closed the game following like a 15 minute game time
