it's official, i can't play Tower of Fantasy on either PC (where i think only 1 spec is below minimum, the rest are above recommended) or mobile (definitely clears recommended). was able to play on both for several days but now PC crashes on first load screen and mobile crashes when the "how to charge your weapon" pop-up appears mid battle. after I have my character style acquired. both have as minimal graphics as possible

Ayo, so I tried every fix possible online (No hyperbole, there's like six threads about it anywhere on the internet) but nothing worked. Does anyone have a fix for this "No available versions. (7814351)" thing upon trying to download the game proper? This is my like third or fourth time asking here but technical-help got locked so... uh. yeah.

Also, just for anyone responding, I have already tried uninstalling everything, including the things from %appdata%, I have tried modifying the files to be launched only with administrator access, I have tried turning off my anti-virus and firewall as well as restarting both my internet connection and PC.

EDIT: I have now also reinstalled windows and my PC, but that didn't work either.

(Yeah, this is a copy-paste, but honestly I am desperate at this point.)

Thats how serious your "Tech Expert" title is. Every program makes changes to the registry. They don't go away most of the time if you uninstall and they contain path to game files/settings etc. You basically said that uninstalling the game is bannable.
If they uninstall game, then clear registry with actual working uninstaller - game will create new with fresh install.

1. You install game - it creates registry files with path to appdata, to game installation folder, to windows folder where required DLL files are.
2. Game updates - some reg files might get damaged during this process effectively removing the link from game EXE to required files (game has no idea where to look)
3. You uninstall the game and remove registry files (NOT EDIT, REMOVE, ITS LIKE GAME WAS NEVER INSTALLED ON YOUR PC TO BEGIN WITH)
4. Perform clean install - Installer creates new, fresh registry files with proper links.
