If you want to try for it, fighting the military in agroprom/cordon might get you one of these two which I can also attest to being pretty good with no artefacts

I did BS in my current run with the military exolight and an advanced tools armor plate and I gotta be honest it's probably the easiest it's ever been

even without armor upgrades at all, you'll get like 78% BR Resist if they nonpen (which they almost always will at that BRC)
