SVDS has a Base Damage of 110 while 7.62x54 has an Ammo Damage Multiplier of .85x, as 5.56 has an Ammo Damage Multiplier of 1.05x

You don't even lose out much on AP, as 5.56 AP is pretty comparable to 7n14

It's a cheaper and stronger alternative

Funny enough, thanks to the 5.56 HP Buff it received around 0.9.3
the SVDS 5.56 is better than the Winchester in terms of DPS, making it the best Mutant killer available

The exohelm is decent, and there's an argument to be made for one of the SPP helmets, but Apoc + the base SPP suit (the orange one) with some high-tier artifacts will give you max resistances to basically everything, including some increases to the 65% cap. The only real downside is the lower BR but... even then that doesn't matter that much? Most armors with high BR lose the BR necessary to protect from those rounds after 1-2 hits anyway.

Plus, y'know, 'Oh no! They pierced my BR and now are only hitting my resistances! Which are at 92%!''

And before I get responded to with 'muh Nosorog!'

Real ones wouldn't really use motors, it would be a structure of springs, sprung by weight of person and his gear, which would take brunt of the load and greatly reduce the amount of effort needed from the operator and also protect from hypermobility injuries, reduce load on joints and against blunt trauma.

Similar tech is already widely used in Motocross equipment, knee and elbow braces with adjustable springs and stops, imagine that but full body.
