a squad perched around that sniper spot off the side of the road, now it's usually empty
a squad or two leading up to the outpost (the one up the hill, start of long straight), now it's usually two or three people
the outpost had around 20, plus more flowing in from sides, now it usually has a single squad, not even a sniper on the tower
the long straight road also had a quite a few squads, now it's empty, maybe a few lone dudes.
the hill leading up to scorcher used to have squads patrolling, usually one near every sandbag, now it's now empty.
the scorcher area itself was a bloodbath, still is somewhat, but most of the enemies are inside and none is patrolling the outside perimeter, sometimes i dont even get snipers

and again, i play on what is basically 2x population with despawners disabled

Yeah Skyrim modding is both easier but also worse than GAMMA modding. NAmely, most Skyrim modpacks are NOT stable
