Yes, but I think for me it can be down to playing in 1080p and the density of foliage. Can recommend playing with Binocs and the tracker upgrade so it highlights - the auto tag in waypoints is also cool if you like MGS5 style scouting.

I also think there's a bit of getting used to what you see. It takes me 5-10h to 'calibrate' to a game. Then spotting movement gets far easier.
