By default the addon is installed with beefs nvg support which caused crashes for those that didn’t use it (like DX8/DX9 users)
You can just reinstall fdda redone and achieve the same outcome, but for the sake of dx8/dx9 modlist and not reinstalling the entire addon with just one file changed we made this patch

so, using the mod of accurate stats (cuz amazingly the damage calcs are so fcked up it doesn't make sense) says my 2 9x18mm has each one 45 and 46 of damage, hp ammo in 9x18 has 110% damage so looking at my bizon (46 damage) it goes around 60x(46x1.1) so 3k health points aprox

The reason I said "balance" was because all of the factions should have at least some reason to play them. Making Bandits hostile with Freedom would in effect turn them into a copy of the Renegades. Now you have two factions that are basically the exact same and one or the other is just taking up space that could be taken by a different faction (Like it is now).

The bandits are still a different faction lore wise and occupy different areas, and you didn't specify what you meant by "balance" lmao. I assumed game balance, which is absolutely not present with some factions having tons of allies and some having none (which again is fine because of lore rp etc)

I'm an invictus addict so every time I'm playing GAMMA, I'm finishing the achievent, in spite of the starting faction. Just join one or another, who cares, the hobo stage is the most stressful one anyway.
That said, mercs being hostile to bandits will make mercs an easier faction to play as you primarely grind out the middle locations, while bandits are gonna become even more difficult. Ironically, Renegades start I find even stronger than Bandits since you get to start with a 130% movespeed red leather jacket and a respirator which bandits don't actually have. Start on Meadows and join Bandits for the 5000 RUB you have, and only then the run officially starts

Critical Error on top of certain tasks was done on purpose to prevent autofailing once accepted through the PDA Taskboard.
It can also appear on tasks that require you to go into maps you can't access yet.
HEX code is just an easter egg, something similar to the "Kill Strelok" PDA.

Not sure if it's still the same as a few years ago, they respawn very fast, pre 9.1 they were so fast that you can get stuck with an endless monolith squad spawning at radar if you are defending at the slope/hill before BS instead of rushing or pushing

Yea dead city can get a bit wild as well if a mutant wanders into the aggro range of everything and the ai all go active combat mode at once
Like when zombies spawn on top of the guards at the north rostok cp when you come outta wild, can really tank the frames
