I think as long as you turn in a mission in that area, it should pop one up in either neighboring ones or the same area
You could try something silly. Just leave the stashes in neighboring areas and loot all the ones in dead city
So whenever a stash spawns, it’ll take the dead city slots since the neighboring area ones are filled
So you wont have to travel far
Make sure to nab item pick up ones and stuff too. Since who knows what junk you’ll find
I like to literally fill my taskboard to the brim with random shit, artefacfs, mutant parts, junk, bounties etc. aslong as its not something unreasonable

You use it like your the mole from wack-a-mole. Hit and runs are your best bet with it.
Even medium armors will get stun locked as you load rounds and it stops any aggressions as long as you are not popping outta the same cover
I like to bound from cover to cover, and its pretty accurate even with broken arms
So you can hip fire it and blast bastards with it

i know, but the basis is there, sin is pretty interesting, and unisg can be bigger with the fact they are a secrete government version of ecologists, like they could have government support somehow

so....when you play as ISG doesn't the captain tell you to take disguises or something (haven't played as ISG that much).....TLDR, the freedomer you picked up, could be an undercover ISG operative (lorewise) but yeah it still needs to be implemented in the game.....like just imagine, a freedomer lures you into taking him to red forest, and as soon as you drop him off, bam his ISG buddies come out and ambush you!
Tbf you're kinda designated as a UNISG scout since you're sent on a solo mission to link up with Dushman, would make sense to give you lighter gear
This kinda goes against their modus operandi cuz their main focus is trying to move stealthily, but it is an interestic concept
they lure you into red-forest and then ambush you, would be the stealth part? like they wanna murder/interrogate you but not be seen by others so they take you to red "forest"
still could give me a better gun
That's just a symptom of the default loadouts being bad imo. I gave my UNISG start an R700, cheap suppressors, and two semi-auto rifles
I kinda doubt they'd risk exposing themselves with a gunfight, I'd assume they would want to avoid all contact with stalkers unless absolutely necessary
But it is true that there's a lot of missed potential, I dunno how hard it'd be to give both factions any newer gimmicks
i only had a pl15 with a supressor (it was a bad choice)
the supressor blocks the irons
Since the UDP-9 is gone I'd probably use the MP5SD with the UNISG LC outfit and ACH-7EX helm for my starting loadout using base gamma loadouts

But I also want to include some personal changes like WP Traders selling a bit of NATO Ammo and NATO Traders selling a bit of WP Ammo
It's indeed nice for challenge runs and just a change of how you can play in general though

- Replacement parts jam: keep condition of weapon parts above 80%
- Suppressor jam: don't use suppressors (or weapons with integrated suppressor)
- Innate jam: install Reliability upgrades (doesn't help on some weapons)
