Speaking of tools. Imagine a mod, where you have to collect each toolset (Basic, Expert, Fine), by collecting 3-6 separate tools like screwdrivers, wrenches etc. And then combining them into a toolset. It's a dream of mine.

Basic Tools for instance: A screwdriver, a file and a hammer, which can be found in low level stashes and on enemies that spawn in the southern areas. You find em all, and then right click and combining them yourself, or ask a Technician to do it. Just spitballing here

just make it the most common type of ammo and then add a higher jam chance on that combined with a default jam chance on every weapon

IE low tier reliable weapon like the SKS would rarely jam with surplus ammo but something higher end like the Val would require better quality ammo to function normally or suffer reliability issues
