all i know is that i had that issue before when i tried going into pripyat and the crashtravel faq issue thingy worked for me now it doesnt

tried to fast travel to it through a campfire still didnt work
tried to transition from pripyat didnt work

i guess just no part of that map for me
i'd do a new save but i spent like 50 hours in this one already so it'd be a big pain in the ass
I'm a complete noob here so sorry if its a stupid idea but have you tried running the update gamma in the gamma launcher and try to go there with just base gamma no extra mods?
if i try to load my save with base GAMMA it'll probably just explode

Last dawn quest stuck. Been 4 in game days and I have no new quests or anything. My quest seemed to bug out and make me do the first step again after finding the scout

Make sure to say what you have enabled/disabled/added, we can't read your mind, posting a crash log without saying what you did or what you added is stupid and it doesn't help you or us.
it's the bare minimum needed for anyone to start figuring out what might be causing your issues

My health would deplete (which is turned off in mod settings) and when i go to heal or use an item, nothing would happen and not keys for items will work

If you are playing vanilla GAMMA: your unjam key = your reload key.
If you are playing with MAGS REDUX:
- Make sure you disabled the "GAMMA Unjam reload on the same key" mod
- Make sure you separately rebind the Reload command ("Put away PDA or reload") and the Unjam command
- Make sure you added magazines to your loadout (alt-click or right click -> "add to loadout")
- Make sure your outfit actually has a slot that fits the mag (hint: PPSh drum mag is Large, the starting Sunrise suit has no Large mag slots)

the script led me to dynamic anomolies. the setting within the mod was set to despawn/spawn anomolies around the map.

I CTD every time I try to throw a grenade or bolt. I have disabled the body health system, The minimal UI and YACS. It only crashes when I try to charge a throw. A regular throw doesnt crash.

I wanted to add that I dont know if this is a bug but when I hold the PDA I can raise it to my face but cannot lower it back down. I have to swap to a different weapon and then bring the PDA out a gain to reset it.
dude these two steps need to be pinned or turned into command. My friend just got the exact same bug

in all sincerity, gamma economy + progression is so core to how the rest of the modpack is designed, that i genuinely think you're better off not playing gamma if you don't want it (versus "just" adding back guns/armor to traders, which Black Market will do)

GAMMA\downloadsfolder and deleteDuxs_Innumerable_Character_Kit.xx.7z(xx stands for version number, and yes delete them all if you have multiple of those 7z files)
- Download the mod file from moddb. DO NOT EXTRACT
- Place it into your
GAMMA\downloadsfolder - Disable antivirus real-time protection and run the GAMMA Launcher as ADMIN.
- Uncheck/Disable these options:
Check MD5Force git download
- Click
Install/Update GAMMA
and just so you know - you're in the wrong support channel, #π¨base-gamma-support is usually MUCH faster to respond

but can i turn off YACS campfire saves without anything breaking?
easier to just disable YACS through its mcm menu
ngl if you just want to fuck around with modded weapons/new guns, you may as well just use debug menu to spawn them for yourself
thats what i did yesterday, one of the l85s made my game crash twice, but that was to be expected when using the debug menu
i wanted to check real quick what each trader would sell at lvl 1 though, to see if they would sell said l85, and if it would still crash my game, having not been acquired from debug
i mean that would be the same effect. guns in gamma are supposed to ONLY be obtained via stashes/enemy drops. the individual gun mods will just add *all * the guns to traders.
so just because a gun is at a trader if you remove all restrictions, is not a guarantee that it won't crash out the modpack.

no, black market adds a subset of guns (of which some are actually not normally obtainable) to traders.
if you were to actually remove all gamma economy changes, like you were originally asking, you'd just get every single gun/mod-added gun added to trader lists. which would include potentially broken guns as well as all the guns normally removed from gamma.

played yesterday and it worked fine, wouldnt launch so i tested game version and this popped up, i have(dont judge me i just want a classic anomaly experience with gamma graphics etc) gamma economy and the campfire thing disabled and thats it im pretty sure, and for added stuff i have even more hideout furniture, Gamma warfare patch, Z fixed sleep anywhere and stalker tracking system

Don't verify stuff with the Anomaly Launcher, you're using Mod Organizer 2 to launch the game and to manage the mods used in GAMMA.
The error you'll get is harmless and doesn't mean anything, that's not the problem you have with your game.

@placid pond Anomaly has a limit of a total of 65535 objects (IDs) in the game. Whenever the game engine generates a new enemy with items, it tags the object ID number to the enemy unit and its items.
The same goes for traders & their items, every time you interact with the trader and visit a new place and kill an enemy and check their loot, you make the game engine generate ID numbers. If that ID number reaches 65535, the game crashes, and you won't be able to play anymore on that same game file, unless you "free" some IDs.
You can lower the amount of used IDs by letting items despawn or by selling/donating them at any trader.
best way to avoid it:
- don't play warfare
- don't crank up NPC spawns
- don't hoard

Seems like I have found a problem - the game works bad with 4000Hz on my mouse. When I start the game, G-hub change mouse report rate from 2000Hz to 4000Hz for every game (that's what I did)

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.

Hey guys, non CTD game-breaking issue.
My character is acting as if their legs are broken when sprinting, even at full health.
The issue seems to fix itself randomly when reloading a save, then return just as randomly. It can be temporarily fixed by swapping armor.
When walking, everything seems normal, no issue jumping either.
When sprinting, I take damage every second and get staggered.
The only exception is when running with a two-handed weapon; when that's done, the problem disappears - returning immediately if I holster the weapon or swap to anything one-handed.
I tried taking off my armor and going to the medic, to make sure I am not hurt - got healed up, tried healing up with them again to make sure, got told I'm healthy, sprinted without armor just fine - and the moment I put on my armor, the issue returns.
I'm running very little extra modifications - just one that adds more hideout furniture, and one that adds the KS-23K in the form of a modded SAIGA.
I would be very grateful for any advice in the matter.
Help please I'd like to know if I have to remove these two mods or if there's a way to fix my issue?

I thought the Brain Scorcher was in Yantar, not the Miracle machine.. I remember there being a tunnel filled with Monolith soldiers and a lever over in Radar which I'm guessing is the actual Brain Scorcher but I got it mixed up?
How do you trigger mod 220 Unlock companion inventory? I enabled it but it doesn't seem to work consistently. I have 2 companions and it worked one time for one of them after dozens of times accessing his inventory and hasn't worked at all for the other one who I know it packing a ton of stupid shit.
enable the mod, then in-game go to mod config menu -> companion inventory unlock -> enable 'show all items'. otherwise the mod only shows you items they pick up, AFTER you first activate the mod.

Do you guys know of any mods to remove/reduce the stun from getting hit by mutants and/or the slow movement from having damaged legs. I am cool with not being able to sprint when my legs are broken, but it is really annoying when I am fighting a mutant and get hit once and am basically unable to move anymore, and then get swarmed and die.

Hello I'm playing with mags redux, and 90% of times when I loot stashes every weapon that I've found has a full mag inside, is there a way to alter this and make it to have a variable amount? (the other 10% are weapons that has no mags, they are always empty)

Henlo, i have a question, I installed Devices of Anomaly Redone mod and i wanna use the BHS as well, on BHS site it says this: "REQUIRES T.H.A.P (if using 2.2+ version, install THIS or THIS after it. Otherwise you will have problems with exo anims)" - but on DAR site it says this: "other hands packs like THAP Rework etc will have lots of clipping as those packs dont use proper weight-painting"

For some reason my year old save started working. I checked mod list, though there are 44 mods updated since Dec, only 2 new mods were added as seen here https://stalker-gamma.com/mods/list. So not much changed to break the save. I just installed the new maps through mod organiser this time, last time I installed it directly in Anomaly. Maybe that is why it runs now.
Whats up with the glock 19 hornet not ejecting shells? I looked at the files and cant figure it out cause the ltx file lists it as just a varient to the regular glock 19 which has no issues

Something funky is happening for me and IDK if its intended or a bug. I've finished Living Legend, got the achievement and the ||Mortal Sin|| quest line. Now that I'm done with that, I sometimes hear the ||Wish Granter|| calling for me and random mutants screaming that ain't there. I also take Psy damage when this happens. Is this intended and I'm missing something or did my questline bug out?
I think it might be only in specific zones.
Edit: After I was done in ||CNPP with the wish granter stuff|| I started wondering around before I went to Sid. One of those wanders took me to Radar, that's when it first happen. Then I went straight to Sid to finish it up, after that I went to Darkscape and it happen again. I loaded a save from before my trip to Radar, went straight to Sid to finish up, then to Darkscape to test again. Now I don't hear the ||WG and mutants|| in Darkscape. Gonna test Radar next to confirm if the problem is solved. Seems like some areas can trigger the ||WG|| whispers when you're on the last stage.

Mainly just trying to find a possible "quick fix" because I have way too many custom mods enabled.. The headlamp does have batteries and all of the variants do this.. Even handheld torch is broke

did you reinstall by deleting your copy of kvmas and doing it all over again
or did you just right click -> reinstall in mo2

right click reinstall will work, ONLY IF you then pick the "Replace" option at the last step
i did several times

esp if you tried installing Maid's Icons on your own, for example

about the flashlight - idk, need list of mods. right now, judging by the small list, i'd say some mod is in wrong order or better beefs mod problems

Ye I tried most of those things but nothing worked on my side.. I went to my base GAMMA profile on MO2 (444-mods) and it was still happening.. A friend of mine says he has no issues at all with SSS22 Alpha on 1.5.3 with the latest exes but idk why mine decided to freak out.. Disabling SSS22 Alpha fixed it.. Which sucks because 22 is ace
so im trying to get FWP but when i try to drag all the gun mods from FWP to the mods folder it only lets me copy them, thoughts?
Anyone know a fix for modded sights that don't have their reticle visible? When I ADS, there is nothing in the sight, but if I swing the gun around wildly, I can spot it to the top left corner temporarily

It depends on your rig? I have it installed and I myself didn't notice any difference in my performance. It's the reshades and sss settings that impact my performance the most
but would it conflict with other mods and cause issue or is it just performance thats a problem

I don't have any performance issues with it, and I have it installed with all the other mods in Grok's list, and it hasn't caused any issues. You should be fine if everything already runs fine for you

Hey, which crash are you having troubles with? My message wont load.
How to fix this damn Nimble not seeing my G36 at all? its 97%, I repaired it to 100% all parts (shows as 99% regardless), to no avail.
Only additional mods on top of base gamma - weather, grass, etc, 3D shader scopes, no weapon packs
at least gimme exact debug console command how to spawn, either:
- exact G36 he'll accept
- G36 Merc - the one I was suppose to get
updated gamma launcher 6.0.0.0 to 6.4.0.0 then updated gamma, got this error
bug report then: I spawned the right G36 which he finally accepted - its a remnant of original game, it doesnt even have a functioning scope, I suppose it cant spawn in the default GAMMA, gotta make him accept all G36's

ALRIGHT SO I FOUND THE ISSUE it was some maid hd icon texture and all i had to do is redownload the mod disable medicine balancing and its done :)

@meager perch To clean your "Shader Cache", don't use the option in the Anomaly launcher.
Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

help using dx10 with project inverno, it works fine with dx11 but on dx10 everything is dark and has a weird shadow/tree overlay

I have an issue where when i use navs masks it seems like the image is a bit brighter than it is without the mask on

When I right click on anywhere map, game crashes. I have these extra mods plus unlimited stash weight and companion inventory unlocked
Disable that "New Maps" thing, see if it works
I would also advise against FDDA mods. GAMMA has disabled some animations because of busyhands bug, by default. you could run into crashes if that mod re-enables them

usually happens if you disabled GAMMA Medications Balance. Re enable that. Also, Black Market is already downloaded as part of GAMMA
you just have to re enable it, don't need to download it yourself. Use the mod search bar.
