Comrades, the question is about the new economy. With the fact that weapons and armor are not for sale - I'm used to it, but what about armor, if it's in hiding places, what's on corpses, is in a dead state and it's not possible to repair it. How is it?

how do i turn off female spawns
Uhm I installed anime portrait via mo2 and it go blank... must be mod conflict how to fix this? Do I need to disable any mods? if so which one cause it sooo many and i'm kinda new to modding hehe.
everytime I take loot after skinning a mutant I keep swaping to my melee slot weapon
this even without using keybind and only occure if there was anything to loot
is there an easy way to replace the models default in the modpack with kvmas hd models without having them break the inventory models and actually replace all stalker models not just some? been fucking with this stuff for an hour now and its only getting worse so if someone who actually know how this stuff works wants to chip in a little piece of advice im listening. its the only change im trying to make no other custom mods ontop of the modpack

I posted a while back that I wasn't getting any respawns in yanov station and the eco base in jupiter I believe I have figured out why when emissions and psystorms changed I forgot to set emissions make things explode instead of turning them to zombies and psystorms turn things to zombie I think this was killing off stalkers faster than they could respawn and taking up spawn slots as emissions occur every 24 hours it doesn't help that in my game currently freedom is at war with the ecos making stalkers die even faster ever since I fixed these settings though I am now getting freedom spawns in yanov station again
I did that and half of my saves is gone
Is there any way to restore replaced saves?

In order to update your Anomaly 1.5.1 to 1.5.2, follow this:
- Download the 1.5.2 update: https://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-anomaly/downloads/stalker-anomaly-151-to-152
- Extract the update into the root of your Anomaly folder
- Overwrite everything when asked to do so
- Open the installer with admin rights
- Click on Update GAMMA data -> Full GAMMA Installation

I'm on my way downstair next to a ramp that leads to a large area in lab x16 in Yantar the one right after the 2 blood suckers and right before I enter that room, I just die instantly, don't know if its psy health related or sum else, I got the cheap psy helm btw.
I also have full psy health and still die.

Re: updating gamma. Cloned the mo2 profile, then updated add-ons. I can see newly added mods at the bottom of the list so I can enable them. But is there a quick and easy way to see mods that were disabled by an update but might still be enabled in the custom profile? Without having to go through changelog notes in the announcement channel.
Vanilla gamma profile is at 329 after today's update, with 2 new mods: banger silencer fix and light source spawner. Meanwhile the 2 bounty squads mods were disabled.

I have an issue where after updating, mcm values aren't being restored properly despite having renamed mcm values
did you enable the renamed mcm values addon and disable the default one in the modlist ?

yet all the mcm settings are defaults ?
did you move the renamed one to the correct spot in gamma fixes?
when i open the axr file from the mcm values instead ive enabled, i can see it's still ok, but in game it doesn't apply those values? i've enabled all the death messages here for instance but in-game it's at default settings
Okay so I didn’t fix it the Berill error has returned
Figured it out. The axr file that was handling mcm values was stored in the Overwrite folder, instead of the Mod folder. What happened was I made a backup of my custom mcm values in mo2, and this is how mo2 handles backups apparently. Doesn't seem to play well with updates.
I just updated GAMMA and body health system ui is now missing, mods I have enabled on top of GAMMA are unlimited stash weight, mags redux and "Turn this on if you stutter"

I don't remember the right setting I'm on mobile but if you open console and type glossy a list of commands related to glossy will show up.

was messing with gloss factor values when this error message popped up, thats been a recurring bug with the stalker messages since the start of my run, some of them either have the faction logo they belong to or they dont have a profile pic altogether, is this something i might have broke with the adiditional mods ive added or is it just broken in vanilla GAMMA?

i have a problem with the loadout screen, the one where you start a new game
i want to play unsig with warfare enabled, but it either crashes when i select warfare mode and remove story mode, or when i enable it along with story mode, it will go to the loading screen but then crash anyways
I have both the warfare category mods enabled along with the patch for a-live overhaul
Warfare and Story won't work together iirc - Warfare itself is also not supported by Gamma either. It may run, but is prone to crashes, instability and other issues

You picked the cheap helmet. That helmet has a timer. If you dont turn off MM inside that timer you are dead.

which version of zcp are you using? make sure you arent using 2 separate ones and you probably should only use the 1.4
just the base zcp no 1.4 or 1.5

gamma literally includes 1.4 and 1.5 but only has 1.4 active
check your modlist
I realize that. is the base zcp mod in mo2(not 1.4-1.5) an updated version of the pre-existing zcp mod. I was under the impression that 1.4 and 1.5 were spawn tables/mutant loot tables
gamma zcp 1.4 balanced spawns is a zcp preset. thats the one gamma uses
1.5 was causing crashes when it was added

what are the extra/disabled addons you are using?
momo's tracers and a few of the adjustments from the mods only page, a few of the dltx weapons, lorewise outfit rebalance, lootbox with the mods only posting adjustment
problem is I turned a majority of them off just in case
and tried to start a new playthrough

I've tried disabling it in the mod manager but that hasn't seemed to work
it works on a new save only i believe, or at least when loading new locations for the first time. it might also have some patches that need to be disabled as well

In order to properly enable Mags Redux:
- Enable
Mags Redux (Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload)(the mod under "Optional") - Disable
G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload on the same key(yes it's a mod, no it isn't a keybind) - Enable
Ammo Check(this is a mod as well) - While in game, check your keybinds for reload and unjam
Bonus) You can also enableMags Buyable at Tradersif you want, it's a mod already inside your mod list
KEEP IN MIND that once you enable Mags Redux, you can't disable it in your current save file. The only safe way to do so, is by loading a save where you don't have the mod enabled or by starting a new game WITHOUT Mags Redux.
Not sure if its a bug, but enemies take a really long time to start attacking me, i can literally go speak to them without them starting to shoot. It wasn't happening before, so any ideas to whats causing this?

Start by moving Anomaly out of your desktop

- Open your GAMMA folder and ONLY delete the
modsfolder you'll find inside, leave the rest untouched, you don't need to delete anything else - Move your GAMMA folder to the new location
- Run the installer as admin, click on
Update G.A.M.M.A. dataand then onFull G.A.M.M.A. installation.
Moving Anomaly:
- Move the folder to the new location
- Open MO2
- Click on the
green and blue gearsicon to manually edit the new .exe paths of your Anomaly folder

Send your crash log where it was asked, it's inside your Anomaly folder, this is the complete path: Anomaly/appdata/logs. Send the file called xray_yournamehere.txt, you just need to drag and drop the file here, Discord will handle it for you.
Make sure you're not using any extra mods.

The crash is being caused by mod 265, you are missing files and need to reinstall it, but you are also very behind GAMMA updates, I would recommend backing up your custom modlist and doing a GAMMA full install

@dull granite I went back on the game recently, and since the latest updates, everything look glossy, and my reshade doesn't seem that effective anymore, did you find a workaround ? Or is it just down to just reducing the gloss parameters ?

hi i enabled magsredux and disabled unjam reload mods but i dont see mags appear in game. anyone know what the problem is?
More of a general question, but would changing “level.disable_input()” to “—level.disable_input()” in “enhanced_animations.script” and “zzz_ea_addon_backpack.script” be a worthwhile workaround to the Busy Hands bug? It lets you move around while skinning and opening the backpack, and could allow someone the ability to reload to an earlier save
I don’t think it applies to the issue of Busy Hands resulting in save crashes, but I was curious about it

KEEP IN MIND that once you enable Mags Redux, you can't disable it in your current save file. The only safe way to do so, is by loading a save where you don't have the mod enabled or by starting a new game WITHOUT Mags Redux.
Anyone know how I can get Mags Redux to spawn ammo inside the mags and also fix the 9mm AUG mag icon bug?

RTX3080, and ryzen 5 5600x , 36gb of ram and its all saved on an internal 2tb ssd ... its actually the only thing on the ssd . please let me know if this is normal or not ❤️

even with nothing open / running , with high priority and , running it as admin in still stutter
cpu is only at 12% and gpu is at 20% disk is a 4%
also my fire wall is off
cpu at 12% its possible since the game doesn't make use of all your cores (check per core usage preferably) but gpu 20%, weird 
top right . jumps up alot .. main issue is every 2 steps i stutter

higher fps on my config increased the stutter and just demolished my frametime for some reason, but thats my own experience. I would recommend the usual things you've probably think about already (temperatures, drivers, overclock settings...) I'm not a great help for that, though its safe to say you should expect way better performances, medium no grass is kind of potato settings

i would not know - I use the github version of Mags as it's updated and overwrites the Gamma script
the only thing to add: if you use the github version, turn down the "ammo received in mags" value via the slider from 1 to about 0.6
otherwise you have so much ammo it's bonkers
and doesnt feel good in terms of crafting

user.ltx and mcm values are pretty easy - if you do a 2nd profile in MO2 you just gotta make sure all new addons are also active and vice versa inactive

Aside from adding some more guns, the only mod I have that affects player model is one that adjusts the player's height for a "more accurate" prone and crouch. Was testing it out for the past few days.

I would disable that one. The error is basically a core engine function is saying it doesn't know where your feet are.

Good channel yes, I haven't tried it with gamma. However my experience with Vulkan is not good in other games. If you're running vanilla come to #🔨base-gamma-support and I'll see if I can help with stutter but you shouldn't be having many crashes
just an update on the mod seems to work fine so far but i cant say that my fps went up but ill test it for a while if i get reduced stutters

well i found an issue with the vulkan mod and it seems to increase the inventory lag to 3-5 seconds maybe more, for me deffinetly not worth the reduced stutter caused by alife

out of curiousity, did GAMMA switch to an older verision of FDDA recently? jw cause the mags pick up glitch is back after the last update I did and it didn't seem to happen before, and checking the FDDA change log on it both the PDA and mags glitch were addressed. i know the compatibility is a nightmare but it might make sense, I'll disable them but man I love me some slick animations for moar immersion
We all love them, sadly they break a bunch of stuff. It is possible gamma is using an older version of fdda, typically rare for gamma to do so, but a, could be grok just didn't update it yet, or b it brings in other issues. You can try installing it yourself if you want just make sure to put the zip in the gamma downloads folder and install via mo2

Definitely running an older version of FDDA. Installed the latest, the PDA disappearing bug is gone, plus I have now have patches on my backpack when using the backpack animations, however, the game crashes with the pickup animation is enabled. Wont even load into a level if its already enabled, if done in game, its fine until I try to pick something up or open the backpack, i dunno if this is useful info or not

But no, it gives me data that I can say to grok if asked, hey this does and doesnt work, or if someone really wants the backpack anim and the PDA damn the consequences, I can say do this, but here are the issues.
OK I figured out the crashes, disabling "Ansen's and Grok's Better Cigarette Animations" did the trick, I suspect there's an overwritten file that interferes, I am using the optional cigarette animations included in FDDA anyways, so happy days for me, now to just pray I don't get busy hands lol, any idea on what scenarios are more likely to cause that glitch? I save often atleast 3 or 4 times per in game day so I wont have to go back too far
I do really hope they can get the animations working for 1.0, its all these little details that just make the game feel much more modern, I never imagined in 2008 id still be playing stalker 14 years later

Sadly no fix, as basically it just crashes the engine. It can happen with any animations, but the longer and more complex, the more likely xray looses it. My personal theory is its A - animations and B - players giving input during animations that truly results in it. Unfortunately, I doubt they will be in 1.0 in any better state. The issue is we can show that the FDDA animations lead to a much greater occurrence of it. It is up to the author of FDDA to resolve that increasing occurrence as this is not a GAMMA specific issue. If that happens, Grok would probably let them be enabled if it was fixed.
I am curious to know why grok chose an older build of FDDA however, as the latest is built on 1.5.2

What are the issues with companion inventory unlock and companion carry weight? Are they safe to enable? Any risk of stuff disappearing if using them as carry mules?

Disabling didn't do much. However, I finally got to see what happens right before it crashes. There is a Eco important NPC in the middle of the lake in Yantar. He gets attacked by a Fracture and as the attack hits, my game crashes with that "foot bones" error
Weird cuz I am pretty sure I've had Fractures attack NPCs before but never having it crash like that.
Other times it crashes without the Fracture actually getting to him but as I get to that area where the egghead is at, it crashes.

So I think I know what the problem is: I am running into the pure virtual call crash when I was trying to start a game as an Eco to see if vanilla GAMMA had the same foot bones crash.
I might have to re-install Anomaly 
Check the "GAMMA Economy and Craft" section in MO2. Try disabling the "G.A.M.M.A. No trade with random stalkers" mod and see if that works. Haven't tested myself so word of warning.

Honestly I wanted to restart a new save. Was trying to use Mags again since I used it in my last "vanilla" modded Anomaly last year. Felt a bit clunky in GAMMA imo
mags was always clunky and full of inconsistencies and issues 
I remember enjoying the "immersion" of loading mags and needing them. But after playing without it then with it again, I really didn't like it.

Oh, the right click thing was from Debug Mode? I turned that off when I was doing Ironman runs and have left it off to remove the temptation to cheat! So what's the 'correct' method of fast travelling? I'm fine with the once a day restriction and costs so I don't need to disable those mods, I just need to know how to fast travel now!

No, because that removes the restrictions. Is the right click mechanic in the PDA still the way to fast travel even with Debug Mode off? Maybe I'm just being thick, maybe I was trying to right click on targets I haven't actually visited yet?
I have debug off and can still see fast travel options, but did your character maybe already travel recently, could be why it's not showing
No, I've been playing this save for 20+ hours IRL and haven't fast travelled once
Alternatively, try disabling npc tracking, launch the game again and see if fast travel is back to confirm it could be coming from that conflicting

Try to play with dynamic tonemap in mcm, looks like it lacks of lumscale_amb ?
Will probably take a shit ton of time if you're not comfortable with it, you might want to disable it and set the tonemap without it

I have a noob issue with mags redux. I've never played with it before and I'm currently confused about this problem: whenever I press my reload key, my character puts away the gun and then draws it again instead of reloading. I double-checked to make sure that I have a free spot in my loadout for the magazine, I have a full mag in the loadout, I selected the correct ammo type in the ammo selection wheel, but still no reload occurs. Just puts the gun away and then draws it again. Please advise and thanks in advance.

but you will be very slow
I tested it while it had no battery no psu and the power read 0 it still let me sprint at full speed

OK that's interesting. If you put ibuprofen in the quick slot, it still shows as 'akvatab' in user.ltx so it still uses the same value
I asked because the refillable canteen mod requires akvatabs to purify the water. Searching discord and other people were confused about it too and tried replacing the value... So it turns out that using ibuprofen on canteen works. But it's expensive for that purpose.
I guess it was re-purposed as a post heal item since the fillable canteen isn't used in the modpack.
Probably wouldn't be too hard to change what the mod uses for purification

ok, it works, but it's useless because you need disassembly tools anyway, so it's useful only to bypass the need to rush for the (at least) basic tools.

both of these have the .ltx in them
better make a dltx mod instead of overwriting the main .ltx
And the pane on the right search the file and it will tell you which mods version is being loaded

I used "only install GAMMA addons" to reset all the mods, no extra mods inabled

i think it has some corrupted models that cause you empty stack traces along the playthrough

either use default hd models and risk crashing some times, or just stick to dux
Good new is re-enabling duty expansion fixed the crashes. Bad news is that even following the stutter command directions + enabling that mod to stop the crashes, I still have unplayable stuttering in Pripyat
if there's many npc grouped in a firefight i guess you cant avoid major fps loss
im doing the living legend mission that takes you there so lots of NPCs is inevitable, guess I cant finish the main storyline now 😭 it's skipping so many frames I cant aim and it takes almost a full second to fire when I pull the trigger

I have to relaunch a couple of times until it fixes sometimes
check if your game is set to fullscreen or borderless windowed
either one it is, change it, save, quit game
then go back in and set it to your preference
well I usually just exit when it happens and relaunch but I was wondering if there's a fix for it or something, but I will see if that changes anything
Try ctrl+enter, and put full screen in the settings, it helped me

Try reducing sprint a bit in mcm grok gotta go fast, I noticed your character hurts himself/voices a 'ouch' sound if going too fast. Grok already cranked it up so avoid stacking other speed multipliers

I thought powered exos wasn't working at first but it is I just expected to be slowed to a crawl without batteries it only slows down jogging and sprinting animations by imo not that much it's a very manageble speed I guess the mod author didn't want to punish us too much?

what type of exoskeleton are you using?
I tested it with a standard duty exo no batteries no psu
your inventory was light and you werent holding any weapons ? also, it could be the endurance skill and groks gotta go fast
exoskeletons without power definitely slow you down a lot 
sprinting with one is fine but you will notice how slow it is compared to running normally or with a different suit
I always have weapons stowed while not fighting my inventory is light yes my endurance skill is pretty high
thats why you are still fast then

or when carrying a lot of stuff or fighting
I got the experimental generator arti psu to keep my suit topped up for this very reason anyway we will see when I start using the suit properly I did notice that I can sprint super fast with a exo with a battery and psu so without it is significantly slower but I guess with my endurance skill it isn't a crawl anyway thank you for explaining this I was a little confused when I didn't get the super slow crawl this mod described

What's the version of duty expansion in gamma? Gamma description says it has issues with dialogues ; moddb description says July update supposedly fixed those issues

curious if the issues im running into with it are just something on my end or an issue with the mod itself and gamma. Sometimes when I go to loot and unload mags it will break completely and I won't be able to unload magazines or use the shift move grab loot option

In order to properly enable Mags Redux:
- Enable
Mags Redux (Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload)(the mod under "Optional") - Disable
G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload on the same key(yes it's a mod, no it isn't a keybind) - Enable
Ammo Check(this is a mod as well) - While in game, check your keybinds for reload and unjam
Bonus) You can also enableMags Buyable at Tradersif you want, it's a mod already inside your mod list
KEEP IN MIND that once you enable Mags Redux, you can't disable it in your current save file. The only safe way to do so, is by loading a save where you don't have the mod enabled or by starting a new game WITHOUT Mags Redux.
