Mood can be achieved with sss lut, and only usable reshade shaders are ones that are not in sss so distant dof, chromatic aberration, sharpen and aa rest is just laziness of ppl to configure their game properly

Yes, I noticed that if you use like focal DOF and reduce the values it actually smoothes edges of the trees, chromatic Idk, but sharpen and some directional AA or DLAA can help, but I'm really enjoying playing without it.

Basically put depth to -1 (left) for anomaly and intensity between -0.75 and -0.25 is good

You can use it in a lot of creative ways. Like colorgrading everything but the sky.. or hbao everything but the sky.. etc

First of all, changing threshold to 1.0 doesn't do that type of artifacting, I just tested it with stock gamma sss settings. So he "tinkered" with tons of shit more. Secondly.. We said it probably wasn't reshade but he kept insisting "it only happened after touching reshade"

That type of artifacting comes from messing with SSS global illumination / AO . Reason is you can see AO noise being accumulated behind the trail of moving the weapon which is part of the motion vector hud mask. So it's some kind of GI or AO noise accumulation from fucked up intensity/radius values

It's just that he updated the game, and all mcm SSS values got reset. Including AO and GI

Yea this is common. It happens with other weapons too like the ak 105 when u try and equip swamp thing. You should try asking #🔨base-gamma-support or #🔨modded-gamma-support you won't get any help here
