EZ2 uses gamedata\shaders\r3\settings_screenspace_LUT.h which is a shader file.. Where RE:Shade 1.0 just puts an image overlay

in any case, try special K HDR or the hdr wrapper for anomaly on github if that didn't fix it. also, w11 has better HDR integration

so calibrate monitor + custom icc profile (there's tools/apps with various color tests that help you do this) + sK HDR/wrapper + w11 hdr before trying reshade colorgrading

Because even if what we see on your screenshots is not what you see, you're still messing the color curves anyways (with reshade effects), even if you fixed the blacks on your end. So trying the steps above is probably a good idea
