Atmospheric is a weather mod , there isnt much to do with it, ScreenSpaceShaders is an another mod included in gamma that do the heavy stuff (lighting, shadow ,ao etc ) you can look in mod settings for SSS , you'll have plenty stuff to tweak here .
In the end it depends on your rig and on what you want to focus , settings can enhance the look of the game but its limited , you can check for mods that change textures ,weather ,lut if you want to go further .

you have plenty room to improve , you can tweak Rendering dsistance & quality , Grass (density size distance) ,Lighting in Advanced settings .
In mcm SSS settings you can try stuff with Ambient Occlusion ,Inderct Light ,Shadows , SSR ,SSS ...
But as i said keep in mind that you can do a lot with mods , if i was you i would look for mods like :

For those who use the TFAA+Motion Estimation reshade preset, how much performace does it cost you? I've seen people claim in barely affect their performances but for me it consistently remove about 30 to 40% of my framerate. Right now in Cordon I go from about 130 to 85 FPS just by having those two effects enabled. Even the RT global illumination shader doesn't affect my framerate as much (from 130 to 90 in the same scene).

I don't know if I can link it but if you google for TFAA reshade there's a new version of the shader that was published last month by JakobPCoder on Github. Imo it looks even better than the one I found on this server but it has a slightly bigger performance impact in my case.

Look in your active reshade preset, and look for an activated one containing AO in the name, for example MXAO or so (Ambient Occlusion)
Play around with the intensity of that in the shader's settings menu at the bottom in it until it no longer does that
To quickly get the relevant plugin to show up at the bottom, you can deactivate and reactivate it in the list, and it will become the current choice

you can always just do this instead of using a reshade (for the aa)
the only thing you're enabling here is FXAA, turning your game to a blurry mess.
as long as you have 3DSS scopes in your load order, MSAA won't work - and the setting you have selected means you need to have ingame MSAA enabled for nvcp to do anything
just use reshade SMAA or CMAA if you dont want the perf. hit from TFAA+motion vectors (and grass fizzle doesn't bother you), or spend 3$ for SSS23 TAA.

Hello, im new and i have just 2 things that i dislike of the graphics, first the campfires light are too orange and the other is literally anything generate sunrays. I just turn off the sunrays but there is no way to change the color of the campfire only so i hope there is some reshade that can make the coloring of the game look more sober. Hey, I'm having some issues with the lighting. The game looks great overall, but under clear weather with sunlight, it feels like the sunlight is washing out all the colors. honestly? it looks awful. even for 1080p.

there's AO in pitch-black dark areas, tons of black crushing, colorgrading goes from pitch black to completely bright, the mipbias setting looks like it was set to 2, no textures, tons of banding, blurry foliage, blown-up sky and there's dithering involved. I'd just disable whatever "graphics pack" you installed or do it backwards to get back to normal gamma.
Then, just install #1279805292472832101and follow the install steps + install the new ccon lut.
If you need a reshade preset (and you won't because they don't do anything that a correctly set-up install nowadays can do) try some from the pinned database in this channel, but do NOT install any stupid graphics pack, they're all god awful.
this is also 1080p, this should be your goal.

Set your Texture Mip Bias all the way up in visual->advanced.
you can also put this line in console to fix: tf_mipbias -0.5
Also, it looks like your game has lumscale_hemi >1 (unnaturally bright tree trunks, typical of stock gamma). This can be fixed with cfg_load ccon_neutral
if it throws an error, you didn't install the ccon LUT from ccon thread.

Yeah thats typical of anomaly, we have to wait for sss23 update, it will add new antialiasing "TAA" and ccon author will release new trees made specifically for it
Or you can try one of the reshade presets that use TFAA in the meantime
But make sure to follow the steps how to make tfaa display otherwise it's not visible on reshade

There are endless answers to try fixing this
Some are software related some may be hardware
The most generic advise I can give is, Make sure Windows is updated, make sure your chipset drivers are updated, make sure your graphics drivers are updated, do a clean reinstall of Gamma, do a clean reinstall of your operating system. If you have an X3D chip make sure it's using a physical core for gamma. Use process lasso. Use a prefetcher. Get a new SSD. Buy a better graphics card. Get a CPU that prioritizes single core speed if yours sucks. Try avx on/off.
Look up optimization guides for windows 10/11 (such as turning off core isolation)
Update your BIOS firmware
Turn off every single other program while you play
Do this and maybe Just maybe you'll only stutter every couple minutes

r__detail_radius, this console command increases/decrease grass render radius. Since it's a circle around you, the bigger the radius, the farther the smaller mipmaps will be rendered, hence, better grass mipmaps overall.
