read the reviews. both llm and relfex on+boost relies on the GPU being at or near 100% utilization all the time
- the benefit of boost/ultra vs on is very minimal and it only has a benefit when you are at 100% utilization, every time it dips below, its ACTIVELY WORSE than just having them "On". this is detriment on a heavily cpu limited game like anomaly which practically runs on 1 core.
- LSFG uses GPU. you are actively trying to avoid your GPU being utilized all the time so that it has power for framegen (this is why you need to cap your frames). you need to be at 80% gpu utilization ingame to have a decent experience with LSFG.
if your GPU is working at 100%, then it has no time to compute anything else but frames. if you are trying to force LS on top of this, you're not only actively reducing your rendered FPS, but LSFG's efficiency as well

this works perfectly if you disable forced v-sync in NVCP.
i run with a 60 fps limit in RTSS, but ingame works too (rtss has better frametime)
i never disable g-sync. but you need to let the app work over the driver (driver always takes precedence if you're forcing it, hence why it doesnt work)
in your case you set the flow scale to 50% for 4k, and framegen target to whatever your monitor max minus like 5 fps
(mine is 144hz, i set it to 138 because thats the target reflex uses in games where it works with vsync. i don't know what the number is for 240)

this actually feels pretty good for framegen, even without vsync, rtss provides really nice flat frametimes for LS to work with. i'll probably get tired of the artifacts though and just return to native 80 fps eventually, but its great for those who dont find them annoying. definitely has to stay below 90% gpu util though

Kinda outside the scope since this is for Reshades.. But texture packs are just installing through MO2 and placing it under SSS.. There's nothing else about it really..
The only "tip" I can give:
There are only 2 texture packs out there worth installing tbh (Rotten Life and ATO).. ADEGA has stopped support and development/updates looooong ago and if any 1yr+ old Youtube video tells you otherwise, then well, sit with shit..

The performance impact on that reshade ini is really small in comparison to some of the presets you find..
If you play on DX11, then I would suggest either using that reshade preset or pay $3 to get early access to SSS23 Beta or sit without AA and wait for SSS23 to release.. If you play on anything lower than DX11 you can try Nvidia Control Panel AA (but it doesn't really do shit on DX11)..

I do know the slight "freeze" once all effects inside reshade is loaded and then it "loads" the preset fully.. There's a slight freeze frame.. So disable the preset loading by default and just do it manually

In my personal opinion, nothing is wrong with how the game looks rn with the mods we have available + LUTs.. Still using Reshade (like some people still posting !capa in here), is beyond me.. But each to their own.. Everyone has their tastes and if EZ2 doesn't have it (it has a lot), then take the fps hit for a prettier game..

export the lut
put it into like gimp
and slightly tweak in there too
like increase the contrast by 0.2 or smth

this is caused by you messing with the weather in debug. check your ingame time in PDA , then go to F7 -> weather control -> edit the time so it matches your ingame time, add +1 minute to it, then press the ▶️ play button. this will resume the proper weather playback. make sure you check time and press play every time you change weather settings.
