select "Anomaly Custom" weathers option

change SSS AO settings: Maximum Occlusion to 0, Global Intensity to max

Indirect Light settings: HUD Intensity you decrease it by a ok amount

Post Process: Sky Intensity to 0

copy "Godhead" mod from Anomaly Custom modpack and put it in GAMMA mods

then delete all the particles in "weapons" folder, because its incompatible

and put it lower than Particle Cinematic VFX

No worries.. Pins and search bar are your friends.. Sometimes searching a crash will lead you to the patch that fixes it.. Feels quite nice fixing your own crashes without bothering a modder with a question they get 100 times a day..

you'll get better quality if you adjust the shader params instead
