Having troubles with 3DSS (3D Shader Scopes) and GIMP (GAMMA Immaculate Munitions Pack), the mods themselves are busted?

1. Download the mods manually:
   3DSS and GIMP
2. Place them into [Your Gamma]\downloads folder, replace if needed.
3. Open Gamma Launcher and press Install/Update GAMMA

IF it's your first installation, leave all boxes CHECKED.
If your mods are busted, UNTICK Check MD5 and Force git download (OR follow instructions provided by a Helper)

4. Wait for the installation to finish.

pretty sure you have 2 anomaly installs or something like that, because the folder you showed me is C:\Anomaly\appdata while your Gamma uses C:\Anomaly\Anomaly-1.5.3-Full.2, so the Anomaly install you are using is located in C:\Anomaly\Anomaly-1.5.3-Full.2 so your logs are in C:\Anomaly\Anomaly-1.5.3-Full.2\appdata and **not ** in C:\Anomaly\appdata and the files you replaced where probably in the wrong folder too

Hey there support channel. I had an issue with my last install where transitions between zones (and press f to open doors) was not working at all. I think my issue may have been defender exclusions may have not been set up correctly the first time around. but when I set up the second install I used a powershell to run a recursive unblock files (shift right click on open part in folder > pick open power shell > "dir -Recurse | Unblock-Files") on both anomaly and gamma folders. Hopefully this helps anyone else who had weird transition issues since it seems like it's popped up a bunch.

After getting some AI help to run though the logs:

I checked the installer log and the issue seems to be ModDB download resolution failing, not Windows Defender/firewall. GitHub-hosted mods downloaded/extracted correctly, but ModDB /addons/start/... links repeatedly show Failed at retrieving ModDB link, followed by MD5 mismatch and aborted extraction. The installer then continues and says “complete” anyway, so MO2 count is misleading. Looks like 438 ModDB add-ons failed in my log. Could this be a ModDB routing/CDN/IP issue, and is there a recommended mirror/manual download method?

So I guess I have to download the 26gb archive 😢

Hi Guys, I am very desperate today :/ A few days now I am struggling with the HDR10 settings provided by the modded exes from mrdemonized. If i leave the whitepoint slider at about 200 nits then my picture is very flat and even on a sunny clear day it is dull. No pop, no intense sun feeling, nothing. If I set it to the peak brightness of my display (800 nits - LG C5 42") then the picture is astonishing and brilliant. Absolutely perfect! BUT... Then the white font of the messages and of the UI elements in the inventory is burning my eyes away. I cannot understand why there is a "UI Saturation" slider within the settings but no "UI brightness" slider. that is working for all the UI related elements. What may I do to solve this issue? How are you handling this if youre an HDR monitor user? Any hidden settings? Any mods for message and UI font color? Please help me! THANK YOU!!!

Unfortunately it didnt. You know how at each category, there's a small arrow on the left side, and when you click it hides or show the mods inside ? Its that, I dont know what I clicked but said arrow its not there, so all mods are always on show and I dont know if it'll affect the loading order

1. Sort the mods by priority
2. Close the categories by using the arrows on the left side
3. Make sure you have "No groups" selected at the bottom of the list

Thank you! Hey, as someone from Brazil too, I also got the reduced mod list at first. Once I downloaded the most recent RC3.7 and applied the new launcher, and downloaded all again, it got the right amount of mods(also having both Anomaly and Gamma on exceptions on Windows Defender)

For me, re-applying the "Gamma RC 3.7" link(the one posted when 0.9.5 was released) and later applying the new launcher, fixed the incomplete mod list. Dont know if it'll work for others

Having troubles with 3DSS mod download or the mod itself is busted?

1. Download the mod manually from this link
2. Place it into [Your Gamma]\downloads folder, replace if needed.
3. Open Gamma Launcher and press Install/Update GAMMA

IF it's your first installation, leave all boxes CHECKED.
If your mod is busted, UNTICK Check MD5 and Force git download (OR follow instructions provided by a Helper)

4. Wait for the install to end.

oh that explains them. I tried the "small update" method (the one we uncheck the first three options"), to see how it goes. I receive constant errors on the download saying "system couldnt find the specific file", and yet, ModOrganizer does reconize the file and follow the github instructions. So I assume its either because I already had the files, or the errors are "just for show"

Turn your anti virus and firewall off (Defender, McAfee, Norton, etc) temporarily to just update / download the GAMMA mods and when done, turn it back on.
