1. Close the GAMMA Launcher
2. Go to your C:/Windows/System32 and look for a file called Robocopy.exe
3. Copy this file and paste it in GAMMA RC3/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources.
4. Remove Robocopy_10.exe from this folder and rename your recently pasted Robocopy.exe to Robocopy_10.exe
5. Relaunch GAMMA Launcher** with admin rights**, it should be fixed

Are the military soldiers at the bottom of the starter zone supposed to be fightable?

I've been playing gamma for maybe 10 hours now, just doing various quests in the starter zone. I hadn't had a single crash.

But now I'm trying to fight the soldiers at the bottom of the starter zone, and I've gotten 10 crashes trying to fight them.

I go fight them, and during the fight, the game crashes with "unhandled exception error". One time I won the fight, but the game crashed again just before I had time to save.

Killing NPCs, mostly important ones (medics, merchants, technicians) can cause your game to crash. In that case, either leave game crashing NPCs alone, or keep killing them until the game stops crashing.

If you really can't leave that or a bunch of NPCs alone, use #╭📖faq message instruction to enable Debug and kill 'em via Debug menu (F7 - K)

3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
• If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.

Also, guys, just so You all know, I've encountered the "freeze on level transition" bug. Yes, I've messed with graphics setting, my old PC can't really handle GAMMA in its glorious entirety and churn out steady 60FPS.

So I reverted back to defaults (as per guide, copying the user.ltx from the GAMMA folders onto Anomaly). Lo, behold, bug gone. But FPS shit. Humpfh. I then tried the settings, that I've reduced before. Lo, behold, again, there is one setting that doesn't cause the freeze, yet it gives me back my precious framesssss. Grass. Effin'. Density. I cranked it wayyy down, and the FPS is back at stable(ish) 60, aaaand no freezes

I'm on the latest AMD driver (5700XT). Adding the game (AnomalyDX11AVX.exe) to AMD software and overriding with even 8X MSAA has zero effect. I have reset the settings and deleted user.itx several times

Tried "Anti Aliasing" (MSAA) in the game's settings, to no avail. Same with SMAA (yes i restarted after changing them)

If it doesn't work, enable the git and large file extraction one

Simply put, the MD5 option can delete working files

1. Open your G.A.M.M.A. Launcher as admin;
2. Make sure all 4 checkboxes are enabled;
3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
• If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

where do I report bugs?

I found 2 bugs that I can recreate 100% everytime. One is a duplicating base stuff and the other one is for the radio quests.

1. If you build/buy 2 items for your base e.g. metal table and a box. You can replicate them by pressing "place" but not pressing F to confirm, instead you press in your inventory on the other item to "place" it and now you have all the original items in your inventory plus placed Metal table. (If that makes sense).
2. Apro and Cord are the only places where they tell you to look for package in the WESTERN part of the map but in reality its in the EASTERN side. No joke... really fucking annoying.

@turbid rain To clean your "Shader Cache", don't use the option in the Anomaly launcher.
Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

To bring your mod list, settings and keybinds back to default, inverting any changes made by you:

1. Open the G.A.M.M.A. Launcher with admin rights
2. Uncheck every box EXCEPT Delete Reshade DLLs
