Is there a way to modify/balance how bounty hunters spawn on you? I recently entered the Top 50 stalkers in ranking and since then it's been one annoying group after another. And I don't mean 'em just waltzing up to me, all casual and discrete from one entry point or another. I go to sleep in my cozy tent by the campfire, wake up to FIFTEEN exosuit dudes literally "humping" the tent, trying to get to me. Leaned out and shot one quite bloody dead, game crashed. Bounties are nice, just friggin broken. Same goes to loading up a save to continue the adventure. Nobody there when the save file was made, by the campfire, calm and peaceful. Returning to continue next time, 5+ hunters bashing in my head as they hug me the moment I open my eyes.

I probably could've taken them on, apparently the tent's textile is ultra-hardened kevlar and as an object, stops all lethal harassment. Exo dude's head I ripped of with a shot of Chimera hunter's Barrikada, that was the end of my fight for I crashed that instant. πŸ˜„

I'll be sure to check MCM menu again, getting ridiculous these guys. On another note, does anyone else experience a sudden drop of FPS when looking at lit campfires or anomalies, especially the "gas" anomaly effect? Truth be told, I don't think it's an actual FPS drop, but a sorta stutter instead. Noticed how the stutter seemingly only happens when viewing non-static effects. Dynamic anomalies and the like, as I seem to remember, that fixed, map-anomalies are fine, not causing the same problem. Could just turn off dynamic anomalies at this point.

3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make sure that you have #πŸ“577-mods-in-mo2.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

  • In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #πŸ€–bot-commands.
  • If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

@river pawn To clean your "Shader Cache", don't use the option in the Anomaly launcher.
Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

I messed up my zcp zombie setting. The default spawns are all messed up. I got the zombie spawn rate down, but mutant and stalker spawns are screed up. Is it possible to to fix this? i can't find the intended settings anywhere.

@rich agate zcp settings. I messed with the zombie settings and it seems to have fucked up all the defaulf spawn settings. Thing don't spawn in certain places anymore, and the mutant and stalker spawns are really low. game feels dead.

Having troubles with 3DSS mod download or the mod itself is busted?

  1. Download the mod manually from this link
  2. Place it into [Your Gamma]\downloads folder, replace if needed.
  3. Open Gamma Launcher and press Install/Update GAMMA

IF it's your first installation, leave all boxes CHECKED.
If your mod is busted, UNTICK Check MD5 and Force git download (OR follow instructions provided by a Helper)

  1. Wait for the install to end.

1. Open your G.A.M.M.A. Launcher as admin;
2. Make sure all 4 checkboxes are enabled;
3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make sure that you have #πŸ“577-mods-in-mo2.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

  • In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #πŸ€–bot-commands.
  • If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

We don't have any minimal-recommended requirements listed but for a stable 50-60fps experience your minimal specs are somewhere around this:

i5 5XXX CPU or better
GTX 1XXX GPU or better (i saw a lot of 1650 users having stable 60 frames with Ryzen 7 CPU's)
8GB RAM (preferably 32 so you can use the prefetcher)
130GB of free disk space

The better specs the more fps while prioritizing single core performance on your CPU as the engine is v old and doesn't utilize your hardware to it's full extent

There's also a fps-optimisation chat you can gain access to by going into #⏩start-confirm and removing the newcomer role

1. Open your G.A.M.M.A. Launcher as admin;
2. Make sure all 4 checkboxes are enabled;
3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make sure that you have #πŸ“577-mods-in-mo2.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

@little estuary G.A.M.M.A. isn't built with Warfare in mind and Warfare, per se, have bad perfomance, bugs, issues, etc., this is why it isn't recommended.
You can play it if you really want to, but forget about #πŸ”¨base-gamma-support, this channel support is only for G.A.M.M.A. vanilla (which basically means no extra stuff at all) and is also used by Grok for bug fixing.
Since G.A.M.M.A. vanilla doesn't use Warfare, you'll need to use #πŸ”¨modded-gamma-support.

there's GAMMA saves (they're stored in same location as your anomaly ones) but difference is, your gamma one had mods on it, so trying to load it in Anomaly will make it crash

  1. Download the mod manually from this link
  2. Place it into [Your Gamma]\downloads folder, replace if needed.
  3. Open Gamma Launcher and press Install/Update GAMMA

IF it's your first installation, leave all boxes CHECKED.
If your mod is busted, UNTICK Check MD5 and Force git download (OR follow instructions provided by a Helper)

Having troubles with 3DSS mod download or the mod itself is busted?

  1. Download the mod manually from this link
  2. Place it into [Your Gamma]\downloads folder, replace if needed.
  3. Open Gamma Launcher and press Install/Update GAMMA

IF it's your first installation, leave all boxes CHECKED.
If your mod is busted, UNTICK Check MD5 and Force git download (OR follow instructions provided by a Helper)

  1. Wait for the install to end.

Here's what I did for this error. Install and enable the soul crystal mossberg. Just soul on the left side of mod organizer under downloads and install it. After enabling, I still got an error. Be sure to check the GAMMA box when installing it. This worked for me. Hopefully it will work for you. Now get out of here STALKER.

I've been having an issue for months now. If I toggle on "Ignore combat" for companions, even if I switch it off they will just ignore combat until they're dead. I've even talked with them and said "Don't shoot unless someone shoots at me" and they still won't do anything. I'm in a firefight getting shot & homie is just standing there looking at me. Any ideas?

Either way, has a fix been found? I'm having a similar issue, though I have reason to believe it's something to do with the modlist. I've got 518 mods enabled, and vanilla is supposed to be 507. I didn't manually enable anything
