For some reason when I closed gamma it froze my entire pc, i could click on other programs to try to open them but nothing worked, I couldn't even turn the PC off since the start menu wasn't opening. I had to restart the pc using the case button and after i tried opening gamma again it gave me a log error

I just installed GAMMA and moved from EFP, I love to see random guys around a campfire, laughing and playing music. But when i install GAMMA, i rarely see this, I've only seen it once so far. Can someone tell me a mod that make the zone more "alive"? I looked around this Discord and saw people mentioning ZCP, but EFP doesn't use ZCP, so it must be another mod right? And with ZCP, it still doesn't make a big difference, no Stalkers are in 100 rads bar, but in EFP there's around 6 usually all chilling at the tables chatting with eachother.

Intel I7 cpu
Installed Gamma on a SSD

I have Done the following:

1 - Turn this on if you stutter

2 - Disable core 0

3 - High cpu priority

4 - No Shaders

5 - Turned Down Grass

6 - Borderless Windowed

7 - Everything is on default ( pops, gamma settings etc )

yeah it's a known and stupid bug that the credits crash you out on dx11, hold on one sec.

how old is your version of gamma, because you'll need to drop down to DX9, finish it, then you can come back up to dx11

and you can't run DX9 without disabling/enabling certain mods in gamma, but the exact list varies on your version

1. Open your G.A.M.M.A. Launcher as admin;
2. Make sure all 4 checkboxes are enabled;
3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
• If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

How to change fast travel cost, time and other settings?

• When in game, press MCM settings -> Fair Fast Travel -> Fair Fast Travel / Backpack Travel / Guide Travel -> Cost in rubles per meter traveled by 0. Same with Time while travelling if desired.
• There are also General settings where values can be tweaked aswell.

How to use Fast travel?

1. Make sure that the "Areas" marker in PDA above the map is disabled;
2. Right click on the desired icon on the map (looks like blue house icon);
3. Select Fast travel to : desired location or Hire a guide to : desired location.
   Note. Moving with a guide ignores overload debuffs, wounds, etc.

In Debug Mode you can teleport to stashes, level transitions and other map spots by enabling in MCM settings -> Fair Fast Travel -> Allow travel to debug markers, and then by right-clicking on them on your PDA.

if it helps, it's basically only a problem for yadulin. there are in-game ways to significantly remove it, such as taking caffiene, glucose, energy drinks, anything labelled "removes dizziness". if you wanted to remove it entirely, you'd have to edit config files with an overwrite

Bro that fixed it -- I had installed things slightly wrong, and I think I still had the version from GH, as the one in that channel had a much different folder scheme. Icons look great now and work on Scaling = 1.0 setting now ❤️ tysm

Hi all,
my game crashes after trying to attach the AK-105 Swamp-Thing kit onto an AK-105. I started this Char on 0.9.3. an than updated to 0.9.3.1. and enabled Pre-0.9.3.1 Save Fixes so my old char would run on the updated version. On 0.9.3. the gun/ attatchment worked as far as I can remember.

What base GAMMA mod forbids you from sleeping if you are irradiated (rad value over zero)?
I'm trying to run a radiation overhaul mod, but the game doesn't let me sleep while I have rads, even though I'm not losing any health.

Hey guys im sorry to bother but i tried everything before going here, i have a problem with my gamma, may it be modded or the normal one, the game is just too bright, no matter what i do the menu is just horribly bright, and the sun is amazingly bright, but i cant see anything in the dark, ill send a pic in a bit but do you all have any idea why ? maybe a mod, or a reshade even though i tried disableing everything ?

Hello i wanted to report that i am now having crashes with gamma, I had an old version and i updated the game, before that everyting worked as usual. Now when i set new game and try to run it it gets me a loading screen and after couplse seconds crashes and reports fatal erro. Can somebody help me?

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
