Anyone have an idea how I can turn DOF off?
I've tried everything that's in the support, but aiming is almost always unaffected.
Turning everything off in the SSS settings doesn't affect aiming, same with changing settings in files. "r2_dof_enable off" in console does the trick, but whenever I load a save, it turns back on.

If you look around and you can see the sun, change the DirectX version you use in the Anomaly launcher (the one that opens when you run the game from Mod Organiser)

So there's been a mod in GAMMA for a while that's supposed to crash the game in case of busyhands instead of ruining your save, IIRC. Does that mean that when enabling something like the backpack animation, it no longer fucks up your save but just crashes? Or is that still at risk?

Whatever you do, make sure you check the Prefetch Sounds option in the anomaly launcher. Enabling it has really helped reduce the amount of stutter you get in larger/more poorly optimized areas. Lookin at you Great Swamps

I think my game is broken, fast travels doesn't cost money anymore, and when I fast traveled on stashes the word "Moving" would only appear, some weapons animations are weird like the Steyr scout, the sound desyncs with the animation like if there should be another animation, the groza ub granade launcher won't flip the scope up, and there's a D level weapon with a big silencer that when put with a reflex scope and ADS would glitch. In agroprom research institute. I shot a military dude(in Armor of course) with a sv99 sniper 15 TIMES IN THE HEAD. After that he fell(not dead just wounded). Then finished him off with a pistol. The sniper was damaged at 24%(picked it up earlier). Why is the damage so inconsistent? Because I could kill other military personnel with my SVD very easily. Is there going to be a performance hit if i install on a HDD and not a SSD? Asking because i'm playing on HDD and the stuttering is getting annoying and I can't lower graphics enough to get the game to run smooth

your performance in almost any game will be crap if you run it on a HDD, they're orders of magnitude slower than SSDs. In some games this translates to just longer loading times if the rest of your hardware is sufficient, but in others this will just make you run at 5fps. Not sure where GAMMA sits on that spectrum, but it'll definitely be ass

Disable: Atmospherics, Enhanced Shaders And ScreenSpaceShadersin MO2 and delete your shader cache and just try running DX11, this disables all shaders/graphics mods. It'll let us know if mods are still oof'd but if you still crash, you cannot run DX11, try this for me please.

1. Download the file from one of the archives below:

4. Run GAMMA Launcher as Admin, Then set your checkboxes as in the image below⠀⠀⠀

If you have "dubious ownership" error, do the following:

Don't verify stuff with the Anomaly Launcher, you're using Mod Organizer 2 to launch the game and to manage the mods used in GAMMA.
The error you'll get is harmless and doesn't mean anything, that's not the problem you have with your game.
