Hello, i had played stalker yesterday, and it was absolutely perfect, however, today im trying to play it, and my game is pitch black, with light fixtures, and campfires being the only things i can see, I can see the sun but it looks extremely dim. I Tried making a new save to make sure my character just wasn't screwed up, however its on the new saves too. Any ideas?

2. Make sure all 4 checkboxes are enabled;
3. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A. and wait for the install process to be done;
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
• If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

It seems to be gravitational/ electrical and whenever it activates, most of the sky (if not all of it) will burn a bright white - slightly blue - color. I unfortunately don't have footage of it, but I'm pretty sure that it's not supposed to burn out the entire sky box and have heavy sun shadow (?) pixelization on the corners of walls, roads, etc.

If your Scavenging skill level is too low, items have a chance to despawn from the bodies you loot:

• F-1 grenades (100%)
• Nosorog exoskeletons (85%)
• Cz-M10 Spartan helmets (50%)
• other items except weapons and armor (0.25-4%)
  To avoid the despawn your Scavenging skill has to be level 17 or higher.

Additionally, in order to loot an outfit or a helmet from a body a certain rank value is required. The requirement is almost negligible, rank value as small as 7000 is enough to meet a rank requirement for any equipment.

Hi! I have a very weird problem, it seems that audio channels are inverted in my Stalker gamma. For some reason all sounds from the left channel are on the right side and vice versa. Checked system sound settings, they seem to be fine and the sound is working properly in other applications, but it's inverted when I am playing Stalker Gamma. Are there any settings I could tweak to mitigate that problem?

It's very annoying, as I have to listen to footsteps and bloodsucker grunts, and those are confusing now, I can't identify direction of sound properly now XD

1. Make sure you disabled the "GAMMA Unjam reload on the same key" mod

Turn on the "Turn this on if you stutter" mod in MO2 then go to \GAMMA\mods\Turn this on if you stutter\gamedata\configs and open alife.ltx in a text editor.
Reduce the auto_switch_distance_start value in small increments of 100 a time.
Every time you get 'busyhands' randomly, reduce it by 100 more.
If the fix needs to be resistant to changes made by the installer make sure to also modify the alife.ltx file in \GAMMA\.Grok's Modpack Installer\G.A.M.M.A\modpack_addons\Turn this on if you stutter\gamedata\configs

If you get the bug on first load, try loading the same save again. It loads faster and is less likely to bug.

Hello ! This is a question for more experienced modders.

I found something weird in the mod files, and I'm curious to know if it's supposed to be that way.

The other day, I was using the TOZ-34 'Chimera Hunter', and noticed that the 'Barrikada' ammo was really struggling to do anything to armored stalkers despite being the ammo you'd use for them instead of the shrapnel.

So, being the curious dumbass I am, I went in the mod manager and started investigating.
Damage and penetration values are taken care of by the Ballistics system, so that's where I went to check first.
Using Notepad++, I went inside the lil config files themselves (w_ammo_bas I believe), and found that the 'ap' value for the ammo was indeed at 0.51.

Next I went to the mod that overwrites Ballistics, which is the mod right below it, Ballistics patch. Same value in the same file that overwrites the previous one... And then I went further down this list of overwrites until I found the same ammo values file in the Crepis Icons mod... And there, the values file that overwrites all other ones has the 'ap' value at 0.051.

Is that extra 0 meant to be there or is that a funny little oversight that's causing the Barrikada ammo to be so piss poor against Beril and Exo-wearing opponents ?

Just did clean install. Having "shader compilation failed" while trying to play DX11 (AVX). I have vc_redistx64 updated and etc.

On windows if you use this, then just extract it somewhere and run ModOrganizer.exe
It will work out of the box from there with default MO2 "select folder" instructions and such

You can also download the file in the "downloads" folder there, the newest one, and extract it into your gamma/mo2 folder's "downloads"
This only has the zipped mod files from moddb, so you can use the installer normally if you get rate limited or blocked from moddb

The Linux build doesn't come with the .Grok's Installer folder because it doesn't work on Linux
So do the second option if you want to be able to update it or reinstall mods in MO2

Three ways to see a fps counter:

1. Open console with ~ or \ and type rs_stats 1 (pops a little FPS counter in the upper left corner of the screen along with other info)
2. Use external FPS counters like NVIDIA Overlay, MSI Afterburner, etc.

I had to reinstall the whole Anomaly because of a crash that corrupted the files... the install path is the same and the GAMMA finds it but it wont launch the game beyond after the Anomaly with addons installed pops up. not sure where to ask for help on this but there is a stash marker glitch happening in the hunter market in garbage that appears on the map but the location is not of any containers that are in garbage and the location itself is almost exactly where the hunter trader is

If you have "dubious ownership" error, do the following:

1. First try to close the Gamma launcher, and run it as administrator again, click install/update and see if the error is gone.
2. If it doesn’t work, close Gamma launcher and go to GAMMA/Grok's modpack installer/resources and run git-bash.exe.
3. Copy and paste the following command:

git config --global --add safe.directory '*'
and press Enter.

4. Now close the git-bash and run GAMMA Launcher as administrator again and click install.

Remove zoom on right-click (ADS):

Mod Config Menu -> Free Zoom -> set ADS multiplier to 1
Remove FOV change on equipping pistols:

Yesterday I made a fresh installation of anomaly 1.5.3 and GAMMA. The clean version of Anomaly works ok on all DX versions, but after installing GAMMA, the DX11 version does not start; the DX10 version starts but after entering the game I see only a black screen, but the inventory and hud work correctly; the DX9 version works completely correctly. If anyone has any ideas what I can do to make GAMMA start working correctly on newer DX versions than 9, I would be grateful for a hint.
