Hey sorry just I recently updated my old install to the new patch and I am having terrible frames and the game also looks horrendus. Reshade is off and I haven't messed with any settings relating to it but I might because I know it can make the game look great. Still need to fix whatever is going on with my performance however. Specs are 3060 ti ryzen 7 3700x 165hz monitor native 1920x1080 nvidia upscaled to 1440. Also dx 10.

your error is linked to a weapon in the game. wpn_adar2_15 is a code for one of the weapons, but I don't know what you'd do to fix your files. My error is at something called task_functor.script:391 which i have no clue why it happens or why it does

Receiving this error and one about a G36 when changing to different areas (Specifically if im going from cordon to garbage and vice versa)
I've reinstalled the g36 pack mod but that didnt seem to fix it. Now that im seeing this error im not quite sure which mod is creating the issue.
I have v6 of the launcher, I am running it with admin rights and updating/install, and I have 446 mods in MO.

cpu hopped up to 17 percent usage when in the freedom base, when i leave the area it drops down to 8-6%

Made some progress for anyone having a similiar problem, The stutter fix in the gamma pack gave me a 20 fps boost, Although i wasnt stuttering it seemed to help my problem. Its not perfect but game runs much smoother

@frigid wolf If you are failing to download all the mods and still don't have #📍577-mods-in-mo2, then ensure you are doing the mandatory steps below:

• Completely disable your antivirus software for the duration of installation. Do not enable it again until you have a working install. For more information, go to #🤖bot-commands and type !antivirus;
• Exclude both your Anomaly and Gamma folders in Windows Defender. To learn how to do this, go to #🤖bot-commands and type !defender;
• Once the above steps are done, ensure you have the latest launcher as seen in #💽how-to-update and start it as administrator.

Doing this way will reset the modlist and your game settings back to default, but it will install reshade back.

Note: If the method above doesn't work, run the GAMMA Launcher as admin, disable/uncheck all the options and press install.
Doing this way will reset the modlist and your game settings back to default, but it will install reshade back.

I followed the download process and got everything successful. As a safety measure, I decided to run the 'Verify Installed Version option on the Anomaly Launcher. I let it run through and it gave me a popup stating I have a few files 'CURROPT' on my fresh install. Despite that, the game opens up to the main page, allows me to change settings and even create a new game, but refuses to load. I chose to run on DriectX8 as it worked the smoothest on the Original Anomaly.
Image 1 states the CURROPT files. Image 2 shows the popup when the game crashes.

Any fixes ?

I don't think so, because the saves are stored in the Anomaly folder, best to make a copy just in case. directory for your saves should be something similar to this:
D:\Anomaly\appdata\savedgames

Anomaly folder > appdata folder > savedgames folder. make some copies just to be safe

ok for the guys whove had problems with the "fatal crash" message, i looked it up in the chat and it turns out that for a lot of the people who have a 1000+ code (like for exapmle 1171 or 1092), they have fixed their game by simply updating it. a lot of the crashed comes from bad compatibility with mods from older versions.

Hello Stalkers, I deleted everything and did a clean installation of both Anomaly 1.5.2 and then Gamma. My game looks blurry, textures look like I am playing at 900p on my 1440p monitor. Cant see shit. Shadows are way too dark as well. Looks like I am playing on dx8. All my in game settings are fine and mo2 shows no conflicts. Does anyone knows what could be the issue? Maybe low vram? I have a gtx 1080, ryzen 3600 and 32gb ram. Game is installed on ssd.

This procedure does not remove saves, you're not going to re-download everything from scratch and it will not delete your progress, your saves are safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall or fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated - will be updated.

• In case you want to save your in-game settings and modlist (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
• If you wish to keep Reshade, disable the last checkbox before clicking Install / Update G.A.M.M.A..

Since this sound strange, I literally mean "TYPE WITH YOUR KEYBOARD", you don't have an option where you can type in, like an actual console command.

For example, if you LITERALLY WRITE on your keyboard isg, and then you open the faction menu, you'll see the UNISG icon. Same goes for the other factions.
Another good example, ever played GTA? Do a "GTA cheat" in the character creation screen.

Well it is all in chunks really. You need to download Anomaly, Anomaly's 1.5.2 update and GAMMA RC3 all which are separate (large) files. Then the launcher downloads a large chunk of the mods as individual archives. Like veer mentioned above.

So he cooould spread the download out between data periods.

Since you are starting a new game, you could try the soulslike gamemode.
