A bunch of things can cause busyhands, if you enabled any extra fdda animations, too many animation cancels, npc count, hell, I think I remember reading that too many audiolayers at once can cause it (gamma has fucked audio)

I have owned Gamma on another pc and I installed it again recently. It shows the Anomaly splash screen and attempts to crash. It however, loads into gamma apparently. Can I play it like this or will there more than likely to be issues? Hello im not real sure what is going on with my game but i was playing as normal and haven't touched any of the mods on the M02 and for some reason some of the mods have disabled or something for example the quick looting has reverted back to the slower one with the animation and the same with dismantling and im also having an issue with my hud where it just stops working even after i turn it off and on it stays fully depleted and i also encountered an issue where i cant aim, go in my inventory or switch weapon, like i said i was just playing normally then all of this just started happening for seemingly no reason if any one knows whats happened or what i can do i would really appreciate that.

Hello, I'm new here but I've been playing gamma for a while. Recently I've installed this masterpiece but I keep encountering the same problem that never happened before.

Everything is running smooth af, but sometimes the game just freezes and not willing to unfreeze itself. I don't mind reloading the game, but when it happened it the middle of the fight and then later in the loner village (a guy just spawned in front of me and game freezed) it starts to feel like something is not right. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Thanks.

freezes are near impossible to diagnose. the only thing we know of that causes freezes is enabling dynamic music (maybe also EAX) in audio. so make sure those are off.

If you have "dubious ownership" error, do the following:

1. First try to close the Gamma launcher, and run it as administrator again, click install/update and see if the error is gone.
2. If it doesn’t work, close Gamma launcher and go to GAMMA/Grok's modpack installer/resources and launch git-bash.exe
3. Copy and paste the indicated command line from the gamma launcher black window ('git config --global --add ...') to the git-bash.exe window and press enter. (picture for reference below.)

• Note: Pay attention to what you copy, if the line has spaces in-front, or is missing characters at the end, the fix will not work.

4. Now close the git-bash and run GAMMA Launcher as administrator again and click install.
5. You might have to do this for the 3 git folders, aka:

4. If you have a NVIDIA GPU, you can enable Triple Buffering in NVIDIA control panel
5. Open Anomaly Launcher via MO2 and tick Prefetch sounds
6. If you have a beefy GPU, use Anomaly (DX11) (no avx)

@pure wind To clean your "Shader Cache", don't use the option in the Anomaly launcher.
Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

3) Copy this file: modlist.txt
4) Paste it in here and replace the existing file: [YOUR GAMMA FOLDER]/profiles/G.A.M.M.A.. If you don't have a G.A.M.M.A. folder in profiles - create it.
5) Now launch MO2 again
6) Select profile: G.A.M.M.A.
