I found a PDA on an NPC corpse, and after I unlocked it at the technician it does not show any stashes. Is that supposed to happen sometimes, or is it a bug?

If you have installation issues related to github errors (for instance "untracked working tree files" "Aborted" errors) in the V6 GAMMA Launcher black window, do this (the result should look like the picture below):

  • Go to the GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources folder (GAMMA being the folder where you have GAMMA's ModOrganizer2 installed) and delete the 3 following folders: gamma_large_files_v2, Stalker_GAMMA and teivaz_anomaly_gunslinger (highlighted in the image below).

You closed a similar screen while mousing over an item and now you have a hidden dialogue window open. Open a different workbench, switch between catetogries and recipes several times and then try cooking again

Hi, I played Gamma with two mods turned off - Gamma Economy and Economy no BAS injection so I was able to get repairs from vendors and trade with them normaly. Now all of a sudden vendors wont repair or upgade my gear, instead of that I am getting a "tutorial" button. Anybody know what happend? Thx

@fallow arch To bring your mod list, settings and keybinds back to default, inverting any changes made by you:

1) Open the G.A.M.M.A. Launcher with admin rights
2) Uncheck every box
3) Click on Install / Update G.A.M.M.A

Note: If you wish to keep your keybinds and graphical settings, go to Anomaly\appdata and backup user.ltx.

Got everything updated and installed with the new launcher and whenever I try to create a new game or load a save from the previous patch, I get the loading screen then a hard crash with no error.

Stutter is making the game unplayable. I’ve followed a few suggestions on YouTube (checked the is stuttering box, set to borderless windowed, updated game, lowered grass settings, all 446 mods showing) and still no improvement. Any suggestions or advice?

yep new update is unplayable I can launch to main menu but trying to load any save or start a new game is an instant hard crash with no error

If you have "dubious ownership" error, do the following:

  1. Go to GAMMA/Grok's modpack installer/resources and launch git-bash.exe
  2. Copy and paste the indicated command line from the gamma launcher black window ('git config --global --add ...') to the git-bash.exe window and press enter.
  3. Launch GAMMA Launcher again and click install.
  4. You might have to do this for the 3 git folders, aka Stalker_GAMMA, gamma_large_files_v2 and teivaz_anomaly_gunslinger

  1. Go to the link(s) the Helper has provided above (or below).
  2. Download the mod file(s) from moddb. DO NOT EXTRACT.
  3. Place every archive you downloaded into your \GAMMA\downloads folder. Overwrite if needed.
  4. Run the GAMMA Launcher as admin. Make sure only β€œForce zip extraction” is enabled.

If you have already updated to 1.5.2 and still having problems, it means you did something wrong.

  2. Open the archive, you'll see 4 folders and a text file

Hi, I played Gamma with two mods turned off - Gamma Economy and Economy no BAS injection so I was able to get repairs from vendors and trade with them normaly. Nope. I'm still waiting for a helper to respond. Plenty of people around here so it might take a while. I have no knowledge on fixing GAMMA, but it seems to be something related to rain special effects in the game.

  2. Are you using latest GAMMA launcher, not the installer? (in \.Grok's Modpack Installer\) (version 6.0 is the newest)
  3. Do you see any ❌ in MO2 under Flags next to any mods (like the image)?

I just updated today and started a new game. I can equip weapons in my inventory, but they won't show up on screen. I can't shoot the weapon or anything, can't bring up my PDA/detector. In the third person view it shows my character kind of "stuck" halfway through pulling the weapon out.

There is hundreds of people who are playing this mod and using the launcher, if anyone ever makes us download a virus we all will be f**ked kekleo (but as far as anyone is aware no, this is not a virus, it's actually a pretty cool set of mods that make the game feel like a fresh breeze)

If you have installation issues related to github errors (for instance "untracked working tree files" "Aborted" errors) in the V6 GAMMA Launcher black window, do this (the result should look like the picture below):

  • Go to the GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources folder (GAMMA being the folder where you have GAMMA's ModOrganizer2 installed) and delete the 3 following folders: gamma_large_files_v2, Stalker_GAMMA and teivaz_anomaly_gunslinger (highlighted in the image below).
  • Download this: https://gofile.io/d/E6Q79Y
  • Cut and paste or drag and drop the installer_resources.7z in the folder GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources
  • Right-click installer_resources.7z > 7-Zip > Extract Here . This should look like the image below once the extraction is done.
  • Launch the GAMMA V6 Launcher from your desktop and click the "Install/Update" button.
  • Delete the installer_resources.7z once the update is successful to save some space on your drive.

If you have installation issues related to github errors (for instance "untracked working tree files" "Aborted" errors) in the V6 GAMMA Launcher black window, do this (the result should look like the picture below):

  • Go to the GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources folder (GAMMA being the folder where you have GAMMA's ModOrganizer2 installed) and delete the 3 following folders: gamma_large_files_v2, Stalker_GAMMA and teivaz_anomaly_gunslinger (highlighted in the image below).
  • Download this: https://gofile.io/d/E6Q79Y
  • Cut and paste or drag and drop the installer_resources.7z in the folder GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources
  • Right-click installer_resources.7z > 7-Zip > Extract Here . This should look like the image below once the extraction is done.
  • Launch the GAMMA V6 Launcher from your desktop and click the "Install/Update" button.
  • Delete the installer_resources.7z once the update is successful to save some space on your drive.

If you have "dubious ownership" error, do the following:

  1. Go to GAMMA/Grok's modpack installer/resources and launch git-bash.exe
  2. Copy and paste the indicated command line from the gamma launcher black window ('git config --global --add ...') to the git-bash.exe window and press enter.
  3. Launch GAMMA Launcher again and click install.
  4. You might have to do this for the 3 git folders, aka Stalker_GAMMA, gamma_large_files_v2 and teivaz_anomaly_gunslinger

You have to reinstall Anomaly, follow these instructions:

If you have installation issues related to github errors (for instance "untracked working tree files" "Aborted" errors) in the V6 GAMMA Launcher black window, do this (the result should look like the picture below):

  • Go to the GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources folder (GAMMA being the folder where you have GAMMA's ModOrganizer2 installed) and delete the 3 following folders: gamma_large_files_v2, Stalker_GAMMA and teivaz_anomaly_gunslinger (highlighted in the image below).
  • Download this: https://gofile.io/d/E6Q79Y
  • Cut and paste or drag and drop the installer_resources.7z in the folder GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources
  • Right-click installer_resources.7z > 7-Zip > Extract Here . This should look like the image below once the extraction is done.

Double check you are running v6 launcher and you properly extracted files from Launcher_v6.zip, especially the resources folder.

  • Various erros with adar_2, am17, PKP_siber, PKM_Siber or weapon_name.ogf / weapon_name.omf / weapon_name.dds erros coming from Largefiles/Gunslinger
  • "Aborting"/"File trees"/ Other messages in cmd window (black window) you don't rly understand during update/installation (not for dubious ownership and filepath is too long errors)
  • Still getting less than https://discord.com/channels/912320241713958912/977190498420801536 even after multiple attempts to update with launcher v6

Fix:
Double check the things about launcher above.

Hello, fellow stalkers and a GAMMA team.

I have a problem with white stashes. For some reason they stopped appearing on the map, even though I get the stash information when I complete tasks. Yellow stashes are not affected and they are displayed fine. What might be the cause of that? Can it be because I sometimes leave some things in the stash and it somehow affects it? Like I disassemble suits and leave some of their parts inside the stash, so I don't empty the stash completely.

I just made a quick mod that edits the dialogue options of Captain Gavrilenko giving the option to turn the job in

I just followed this reddit post https://www.reddit.com/r/stalker/comments/91j4g2/anomaly_132_lt_gavrilenko_bar_wont_give_me_the/

So for anyone having problems with not being able to turn in quests to Captain Gavrilenko or any NPC (im assuming this, not sure tho) due to them not having the option to do this, if you don't want to use debug mode all you need to do is:

  1. unpack the anomaly files to find configs\gameplay\character_dialogs_no_guide.xml
  2. make a mod folder i.e 'Gavrilenko Dialogue Fix' with the folders "gamedata > configs > gameplay > character_dialogs_no_guide.xml" in it
  3. add these lines after the first line:
    <actor_dialog>dm_sim_ordered_task_cancel_dialog</actor_dialog> <actor_dialog>dm_sim_ordered_task_completed_dialog</actor_dialog> <actor_dialog>dm_sim_ordered_task_dialog</actor_dialog>
  4. add the mod to the MO2 of Gamma and enable
  5. profit

Ctd with this error, every time by reloading my mag with ammo. Clean GAMMA, only thing I did in MCM is enabled 207- Mags Redux (optional) and Mags Buyable at Traders, and also Ammo check, and disabled G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload on the same key.

  2. Are you using latest GAMMA launcher, not the installer? (in \.Grok's Modpack Installer\) (version 6.0 is the newest)
  3. Do you see any ❌ in MO2 under Flags next to any mods (like the image)?

Hi, I played Gamma with two mods turned off - Gamma Economy and Economy no BAS injection so I was able to get repairs from vendors and trade with them normaly. Now all of a sudden vendors wont repair or upgade my gear, instead of that I am getting a "tutorial" button. Anybody know what happend? Thx

Hi, I played Gamma with two mods turned off - Gamma Economy and Economy no BAS injection so I was able to get repairs from vendors and trade with them normaly. Now all of a sudden vendors wont repair or upgade my gear, instead of that I am getting a "tutorial" button. Anybody know what happend? Thx

@remote aspen You haven't updated Anomaly to version 1.5.2, this is why you have this error.
If you have already updated to 1.5.2 and still having problems, it means you did something wrong.

  1. Download the 1.5.2 update from here: https://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-anomaly/downloads/stalker-anomaly-151-to-152
  2. Open the archive, you'll see 4 folders and a text file
  3. SELECT the content of this archive (4 folders and a .txt file)
  4. DRAG AND DROP the content of this archive inside your Anomaly folder
  5. OVERWRITE EVERYTHING when asked to do so
  6. Open the G.A.M.M.A. launcher with admin rights
  7. Uncheck every box in the launcher

@slender tundra To clean your "Shader Cache", don't use the option in the Anomaly launcher.
Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

There's a bug in the latest "G.A.M.M.A. Artefacts Reinvention" addon (after the Christmas update) :
If you pick up a "junk artefact" in game, all "actor_item_to_ruck" callbacks will stop working (this broke the Headgear Animations mod for me). One solution is to load an earlier save and not pick up junk artefacts for now.

If you have installation issues related to github errors (for instance "untracked working tree files" "Aborted" errors) in the V6 GAMMA Launcher black window, do this (the result should look like the picture below):

  • Go to the GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources folder (GAMMA being the folder where you have GAMMA's ModOrganizer2 installed) and delete the 3 following folders: gamma_large_files_v2, Stalker_GAMMA and teivaz_anomaly_gunslinger (highlighted in the image below).
  • Download this: https://gofile.io/d/E6Q79Y
  • Cut and paste or drag and drop the installer_resources.7z in the folder GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer/resources
  • Right-click installer_resources.7z > 7-Zip > Extract Here . This should look like the image below once the extraction is done.
  • Launch the GAMMA V6 Launcher from your desktop and click the "Install/Update" button.
  • Delete the installer_resources.7z once the update is successful to save some space on your drive.
