1. Update G.A.M.M.A. to the latest version (open GAMMA Launcher with admin rights, click on Install / Update)
2. Bring your modlist back to default (type !default in #🤖bot-commands )
3. Enable the "Turn this on if you stutter" mod in your MO2 (you can find the mod under the G.A.M.M.A. Fixes separator)
4. If you have a NVIDIA GPU, you can enable Triple Buffering in NVIDIA control panel
5. Open Anomaly Launcher via MO2 and tick Prefetch sounds
6. If you have a beefy GPU, use Anomaly (DX11) (no avx)

The Anomaly folder is needed because you're playing Anomaly + the Gamma modpack. It's like modding any other game i.e. you keep the original assets while playing the mod

HOW TO USE A ENCRYPTED PDA !

1. Go to a technician and pay to decrypt the PDA
2. Take away your PDA from the slot and put-it in a container
3. Put the decripted PDA in bthe backpack.
4. DO NOT PUT THE DECRYPTED PDA IN THE SLOT !!!
5. Click right on the PDA and click on View
6. It will open a messages page
7. Read all the messages, in one of them it will be mentioned the zone (eventually)
   For example: "Today I was patroling on Zaton"
8. On the left side the first message have a short description of the place where is the stash.
9. Note the name and the faction of the owner of the PDA – IMPORTANT
10. Close the PDA and open normally the map with CAPS LOCK
11. Search the zone and you will find a stash named "Stash of Yuri Prigojin" – the name find on the PDA, lol
12. When you will put back your PDA in the slot you will have the place in your PDA
13. GOOD LUCK STALKERS !

3. Click "Install / Update G.A.M.M.A." and wait for the install process to be done
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make also sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2

This procedure does NOT remove saves, you're NOT going to redownload everything from scratch and it WON'T delete your progress, your save is... safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall/fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated, will be updated, that's it, nothing else.

In case you want to save your in-game or MCM settings (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.

There really isn't much I can do here to help if you can't read the instructions.

1. download and install the program 7zip linked in #🖥️how-to-install (mandatory)
2. create two folders at the root of whatever drive you choose. for example C:\Anomaly and C:\gamma
3. download Anomaly 1.5.1 move it into your anomaly folder. right click and hover over 7zip then select extract here.
4. download anomaly 1.5.1 to 1.5.2 update, move it to your anomaly folder and do the same as above. OVERWRITE when prompted
5. start anomaly once and get to the main menu, then quit. This will create config files.
6. Download gamma rc3. move it to your gamma folder and extract there.

In case you want to save your in-game or MCM settings (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.

I generally throw !full when they are missing mods or the launcher didn't copy things like the modlist or mo2 profile over. That way it give is a second chance to download and transfer properly.

If someone messes up their modlist or I wan't them to return to default in order to get help then I use !default.

If I think someone is real special I will use !fullblock to remind them of launching as admin and disabling antivirus and such.

Thats kind of why I created !tryharder though.

If the number of mods is over the current default number that means the gamma mo2 profile didn't get transfered or they stupidly enabled all mods. You generally fix that with !scrambled as long as their mod number matches the total mods in mo2. If you hover over the modcount it will tell you how many are actually in the profile, even disabled.

for example. we currently have 539 mods in total with #📍577-mods-in-mo2 active

It was originally flagged as "incorrect gam,e files" or something like that in MO2, I've reinstalled it (reinstall/replace files) and now it is not flagged in MO2 but still expanded crafting options do not appear in my playthrough. Thanks in advance 🙂

I am not 100% sure but if you start a new game then the error won't show up as you won't have that gun in your inventory. It looks like you may be missing a model file and the game goes pear-shaped when trying to do anything with it. So, please, do the thing and holler if you get that exact crash 🙂

If you have already updated to 1.5.2 and still having problems, it means you did something wrong.

2. Open the archive, you'll see 4 folders and a text file
3. SELECT the content of this archive (4 folders and a .txt file)

If you are failing to download all of the mods and still don't have #📍577-mods-in-mo2 then ensure you are doing the mandatory steps below:

• Completely disable your antivirus software for the duration of installation. Do not enable it again until you have a working install. For more information go to #🤖bot-commands and type !antivirus
• Exclude both your Anomaly and GAMMA folders in Windows Defender. To learn how to do this go to #🤖bot-commands and type !defender

3. Click "Install / Update G.A.M.M.A." and wait for the install process to be done
4. Open your MO2 and check if you have any red crosses, make also sure that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2

This procedure does NOT remove saves, you're NOT going to redownload everything from scratch and it WON'T delete your progress, your save is... safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall/fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated, will be updated, that's it, nothing else.

In case you want to save your in-game or MCM settings (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.

fair enough, so far i did not have any issues with the animations myself, recommending to disable them is just standard procedure here so that new players don't run the risk of messing up their save - they will also no longer be available in the next update by default (you'll have to disable a mod to see all the FDDA options)

the stashes already spawn without a marked location, however the loot for them will not appear by default unless they're marked, you can change that in the MCM ZCP options under the Loot tab (enable all the options and then set them to like 60-80 to get almost guaranteed spawns for everything)

i would not recommend to set the Useful Item slider higher because it spawns incredibly powerful gear at times, i'd honestly just leave at at like 1 or 5 at best

also spawning Old Ammo has a chance to crash your game when you open a stash so consider not enabling that

you might or might not have to disable the Stash Overhaul No Loot mod from MO2, i kept it disabled before seeing it's actually marked as Redundant so it might not actually be affecting anything

So, as I understand, if I enable this options there will always be some random loot inside those stashes? And when I get the same stash location from a quest reward, new loot will just spawn on top of the old random loot?

there will be random loot proportionate to what you set your options as - so for example if you don't enable medical items spawning there will be no spawning of them at all, and if you enable them and set the spawn chance to 20 you're still not likely to get medical items except 1/5 of the times - this is true for every option that you enable, that's why you also have to bump up the sliders to however common you want the items to be

this will make it so that every stash you open will have some loot in it but if you loot it there will be nothing in that stash for at least a couple of days

if the stash gets marked then loot will appear there again and if you didn't open it at all and it was marked then the loot will change based on the mark, it's not going to be just a shitton of loot

by default there's a mod enabled called "Old to ammo to new ammo converter" which converts old ammo to regular ammo when you move it to your inventory to reduce item bloat, old ammo is essentially worse performing ammunition

but because it is the spawning of the ammo that causes the crashing and not the taking of it you should not enable it to begin with

i play with it on because for me it increases immersion and i don't mind item bloat, i like that ammo that has been put into some bag under a bush in damp conditions has turned bad with time and doesn't function well anymore, however i did manage to crash twice when opening the same stash in about 15 hours of playtime so this is a real thing that happens

1. (most likely) the game is bugging out when it needs to generate the loot in his inventory on death, at which point the culprit would be anything modifying death_manager.script (e.g. custom loot conditions, new items, new bugged items)
2. something is fucked about the ballistics overhaul mod, in which case you should probably see that happening when you shoot anything not just that specific stalker
3. some other completely unrelated random bullshit

the first and most obvious step is: does it always crash out when you shoot that one specific NPC, or does it stop crashing if you save + reload, or if you shoot someone else?

I can't be certain but I believe 2-3 monoliths up in the north east corner of Outskirts caused me crashes. Some of the others I could kill without issues. Reloading save does not help/change anything.

hello, i came yesterday about bugs on rain drops being all blurry and pixelized, i did reinstall the large files pack and the mods that i was told were the problems, so indeed it solved problems i didn't know i had. hi, im having trouble with a quest, it tells me to look for 244mhz at southern of darkescape. im gettin 2 beeps, i dont get 1 or 3 beeps ever. only gets 2 beeps louder but i cant find the package. but doesnt get 3 beeps, the sound of beep only gets higher or lower, but i can only hear 2 beeps. i dindt even hear only 1 beep when i get far. its bugged?

@rain umbra To manually reinstall problematic mods do this:

1. Go to the link(s) the Helper has provided above (or below).
2. Download the mod file(s) from moddb. DO NOT EXTRACT.
3. Place every archive you downloaded into your \GAMMA\downloads folder. Overwrite if needed.
4. Run the GAMMA Launcher as admin. Make sure only “Force zip extraction” is enabled.
5. Click Install / Update G.A.M.M.A.

1.) Go to your GAMMA\downloads folder and delete ScreenSpaceShaders_Updatex.x.zip (x.x. means version number, and yes delete them all if you have multiple of those zip files)

How can I remove certain guns from the game? For example I'd like to remove the Ithica shotgun but unchecking the MO2 leads me to an error that it cannot be found. I'm assuming I need to edit the weapon spawn list for stalkers right?

A couple of questions for you:

1. Do you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2 (read channel name)?
2. Are you using latest GAMMA launcher, not the installer? (in /.Grok's Modpack Installer\) (version 5.0 is the newest)
3. Do you see any ❌ in MO2 under Flags next to any mods (like the image)?

@junior moon Ran star citizen, went to some performance heavy areas for a while and did a mission on darktide, got expected performance with no hitches, so I'm pretty sure my desktop is ok.
I've been on stalker for a little while atm and can't replicate the issue. it happened 3 times in a row within minutes when I started lol. Fingers crossed it's just going to be ok now

If you are failing to download all of the mods and still don't have #📍577-mods-in-mo2 then ensure you are doing the mandatory steps below:

• Completely disable your antivirus software for the duration of installation. Do not enable it again until you have a working install. For more information go to #🤖bot-commands and type !antivirus
• Exclude both your Anomaly and GAMMA folders in Windows Defender. To learn how to do this go to #🤖bot-commands and type !defender
• Once the above steps are done, ensure you have the latest launcher seen in #💽how-to-update and START IT AS ADMINISTRATOR.

If the above steps still do not solve your issue then verify your hosts file by going to #🤖bot-commands and type !hosts If that still does not work then connect to a VPN and try again.

If none of that works then make sure your game is installed at the root of whatever drive you are using (e.g. C:\GAMMA , D:\GAMMA) notice there are no periods between letters.....
