After the update and hotfixes, the spas-12 in my inventory has a firing mode of 0 and won't fire. Other weapons are fine. I have tried reloading the weapon, unequipping, storing and retrieving, having the weapon repaired, but the problem exists. This is on a saved game. I also tried going back to previous saves and the firing mode is either still 0 or some large number (54, 115, 116 ). I have 412 active mods and no red Xs.

happens when i try to start a new save, i can select my gear but then when i start game it crashes

Created a new bandit save to test new patch. Spawned in Cordon. Fast traveled to bed location marker opposite bandit base in Dark Valley. Constant crashes in DX8. Using base mods except that I disabled shader mods. So posting here as well in case it doesnt apply to the modded thread.
Tired again after re-enabling 101, 129, 185, & 186. Still crashes.
Runs fine on DX9/10, except shit fps on my potato. Any help is appreciated.
p.s. I also get a windows error pop up. Shader folder is renamed and reshade is not loading anything. Toggled it off anyway.

The file is inside your Anomaly folder, this is the complete path:
Anomaly/appdata/logs

This is what you could find:

1. xray_yournamehere.txt
2. xray_yournamehere.log
3. xray_yournamehere without any file extension

You just need to send ONE of these files where it was asked. It's either ONE file with .txt OR .log OR with nothing at the end. DON'T send anything with .bkp at end.

Drag and drop the file inside the Discord channel, Discord will handle it for you.
Make sure you're not using any extra mods, if you do, you'll need to ask in #🔨modded-gamma-support.

I think its worse than that. I did a test. After fixing it so I could start it up once (only have Force zip extraction on, and then install/update GAMMA), I started the game, loaded a save, exited the game, and tried to run it again.

Hey I know ppl keep ignoring/dismissing you but this is legit I have the same issue. Spent my entire first day going back and forth to every location like 3 times. Drained all my ammo, money, and meds. Took me over 2 real hours to finally finish it and only got like 7800ru, not enough to break even. 100% not working as intended. Were you using default ZCP pop settings? I had stalkers at 0.55 that's the only thing I could think of that might have screwed things up.

One problem I've had is whenever I boot Gamma I get into a fully loaded main menu (I tested by alt tabbing which doesn't work if it's not done loading)
The screen is black (It used to play the main menu audio now it's just a pure black screen on boot)
I've had this issue almost every time I booted the game up and now after using the black screen fixes for like 2-3 days now and 2 of the few methods that did work just stopped working.

After the update and hotfixes, the spas-12 in my inventory has a firing mode of 0 and won't fire. Other weapons are fine. I have tried reloading the weapon, unequipping, storing and retrieving, having the weapon repaired, but the problem persists. This is on a saved game. Maybe a bit late to the party because it also happened to me yesterday, go to the Soulslike MCM, Scenarios, and set Hidden Stash Scenario Weight to 0, it won't fix your save but it will prevent you being screwed over by this crash in the future

Since my client is modified, I posted it in #🔨modded-gamma-support channel, but my modifications have nothing to do with this error, so I will duplicate it here, hoping that I won't be penalized for this.

As for the issue of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. "shader compilation failed" crashing after update...

Alright. It seems after a few trials and errors, I have figured out that the issue indeed lies with the shaders.
! But this is still potentially not a guaranteed solution to the problem !

Here's what you can do to avoid this error:

1. Launched the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly launcher, cleared the cache, restored the user.ltx file, and then launched the game.
2. In MO2, disabled the following modifications:

• Enhanced Shaders,
• Screen Space Shaders 18.0,
• Atmospherics Shaders Weathers and Reshade

3. The Anomaly\bin folder looks like this and there are no other files present:

• Applications: AnomalyDX8-11 and AVX executables.
• Application extensions: discord_game_sdk, icudt65, icuuc65, soft_oal, tbb, reshade's dxgi
• Configuration files: alsoft, reshade's reshade & reshadepreset

4. Clear this folder C:\Temp\ReShade
5. Launched GAMMA through MO2. Now GAMMA should start without any issues.
6. Close the game. Open MO2. Enable the 3 modifications that we disabled in step 2.
7. Launch the game through MO2. Woila.
8. (optional) Most likely, if you load the game and everything is black, click here #╭📖faq message

P.S.: dxvk 2.3 and reshade 5.9.2 addon are not compatible. It is possible that a reshade patch is needed. The game is freeze and simply displays a black game window without any response.

Alright. Checked the log. It's saying that none of the files can find GAMMA even though it's launching from the correct file address? I'm confused.
Tried to stop the installer and start it again (In admin, mind you) yet now it's freezing up on the first mod.

You just need to send ONE of these files where it was asked. It's either ONE file with .txt OR .log OR with nothing at the end. DON'T send anything with .bkp at end.

Drag and drop the file inside the Discord channel, Discord will handle it for you.

I am not at my computer but try to reinstall your body health mod. Just go to mod organizer 2 and type body health into the filter box for the left pane. Right click and reinstall.
