I don't think it's the error that shaders_cache is spitting out, it's what Reshade is spitting out and I don't think either of these are connected. The new update must have borked Reshade somehow.

This procedure does NOT remove saves, you're NOT going to redownload everything from scratch and it WON'T delete your progress, your save is... safe.
The launcher will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall/fix them if you have red crosses and any mod that need to be updated, will be updated, that's it, nothing else.

In case you want to save your in-game or MCM settings (because the launcher will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.

Alright I have a very odd issue. My GAMMA folder is, for some odd reason, one hundred gigabytes larger than the 80 gigabytes it is supposed to be. I've made no meaningful modifications to gamma.

I followed every instruction to install GAMMA word for word. I tried to update it today and saw that it was taking a super long time so I decided to task end it (it hadn't downloaded any of the new addons yet, it was still checking already present files), thinking that moddb was probably overloaded with people downloading the new update.

Seriously have no idea why the folder size has ballooned so much.

I had the same issue; you need to paste the new (edited) qUINT_ssr.fx into the anomaly>bin>reshade-shaders>shaders>qUINT location

hopefully this helps you too - I'm unsure if the new shader works (haven't tested it) but it does remove the compiling error
