5) Create a new folder exactly named 76- Boomsticks and Sharpsticks - Mich
6) Paste the gamedata folder inside this newly created folder
7) Now go to GAMMA RC3/mods and look for a folder called 76- Boomsticks and Sharpsticks - Mich.
If you have this folder - delete it, if you don't have it - skip this step.
8) Open Gamma Launcher as Admin
9) Uncheck every box, but leave Force zip extraction box checked.
10) Click on Install / Update G.A.M.M.A.

You haven't updated to 1.5.2, that's why you're seeing this error.
If you already updated to 1.5.2 and still having problems, it means you did something wrong.

Well, I'm having the same issue that i had a very long time ago.

Basically the Health system seems to be bugged and doesn't it doesn't shows the amount of health and any other bars, using shift when looting does nothing, whenever i shoot my FOV goes up and i probably can't changes levels (i didn't try this yet)

In order to properly enable Mags Redux:

1) Enable Mags Redux (Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload) (the mod under "Optional")
2) Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload on the same key (yes it's a mod, no it isn't a keybind)
3) Enable Ammo Check (this is a mod as well)
4) While in game, check your keybinds for RELOAD and UNJAM in Settings > Controls > Bindings
5) After successfully following all steps, you need to Left-Alt + left click the magazine to add to your loadout, before a reload can work
Bonus: You can also enable Mags Buyable at Traders if you want, it's a mod already inside your mod list.

KEEP IN MIND that once you enable Mags Redux, you can't just disable the mod in your current save file and call it a day. Your game will crash.
To remove it safely, you'll have to remove them from your save file with this addon, follow EVERY STEP: <#🖇old-mods-posting message>

check md5 is an option that only messes with the moddb mods and the github GAMMA definition.zip file

so its the fastest one to go through

pay attention to errors in black window

if you get a couple we can take a closer look

Yeah, I'm wondering if I can just find the files it talks about? I've run the launcher 3 times last night and once today and keep getting "unexepcted end of archive" errors with some things.

Once I manually deleted some of the new mods that were added that were causing problems, like that retrogue thing and the dead bushes mod, and let the launcher install from the zip I got from MEGA, those errors went away.

I'm wondering if it might be faster to find the mods in the error log from here and just delete them, and do the install from the zip again?

Well I'll do the MD5 thing first and see how that goes, I guess. I'm guessing it's gonna wipe all the settings I just put in too... dunno if there's a file to make a copy of so I don't need to redo my settings every time?

Why does every update completely reset my keybinds/my settings/my mods/my stuff in general?

G.A.M.M.A. has a default mod list and a default list of keybinds and settings, just to make sure everyone has the same things.
When you update, everything goes back to default for this reason, so yes, it's normal.

I've only downloaded the large files zip, I don't think I've tried a !gunslinger fix before? That zip file was present in my GAMMA downloads directory

2.) Download the file from GitHub, by pressing the Green "Code" button > Download zip.

Good afternoon everybody! I am doing the Kovalev Laptop and Samples mission and one of the artifacts is not a mission sample artifact. I found that out after trying to shoot it away from the anomalies in the Bushwacker Anomaly because it would launch it south of the map over the fence. After i got it, finding out it was a Soul, the mission marker is still active and i cant continue the mission. I tried the item spawn in the debug menu but no luck. What can i do?

You haven't updated to 1.5.2, that's why you're seeing this error.
If you already updated to 1.5.2 and still having problems, it means you did something wrong.

1. Download the 1.5.2 update: https://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-anomaly/downloads/stalker-anomaly-151-to-152
2. Open the zip, you'll see 4 folders and a text file
3. SELECT the content of this archive (4 folders and a .txt file)
4. DRAG AND DROP the content of this archive inside your Anomaly folder
5. OVERWRITE everything when asked to do so
6. Open the launcher with admin rights
7. Uncheck every box in the Launcher
8. Click on Install / Update G.A.M.M.A.

I know it can be kinda flakey from my work, and that's just downloading small projects that are mostly text not models, sound, and so on... wondering if it'd just be more reliable to have things hosted on MEGA or something and have github just be a backup link lol

Hello everyone, does anyone else experiences enormous amounts of lag at the main menu after changing their settings a little bit?

It never happened to me before these previous months playing GAMMA, but after updating my game without any problems the lag is beyond this planet. For me Shift and Alt work, but I tried to do it with X or other buttons like O which isn't ever used for anything(I checked) and it doesn't. The mod is just one script from what I can tell but I couldn't figure out why it's not working correctly when the key is changed. It looks like it's coded something for LShift there but when I edit it to something else that doesn't seem to change anything. It's a cool thing to have a shortcut to drop items fast, but why hardcode it to something like LShift, I don't understand... Most people use LShift to run, like me so having it there makes you sometimes drop an item from your inventory by mistake(and by default your mouse goes to the center of the screen when you open your inventory, so it's right on top of the backpack). So the only option I see right now is to turn this hotkey off. If anybody has some kind of solution please let us know.

Is there anyone who can help fix this issue with many optics (Mostly in BaS I suspect) not working? I'm getting Unhandled error in Rostok, trying to create a duty character, after crashing I get a new error about memory usage.

I've already tried to update multiple times to no avail, I'm willing to disable any mod in order to play tho, so that would help me as well.

there seems to be an issues with BAS right now. I just tried installing on my laptop. Go into Grok's Modpack Installer/GAMMA/modpack_addons check for the folder "76- Boomsticks and Sharpsticks - Mich". If it is missing follow the copy and paste from FalcoGiant3000

1. Download the old BaS version:

6. Paste the gamedata folder inside this newly created folder

7. Now go to GAMMA RC3/mods and look for a folder called 76- Boomsticks and Sharpsticks - Mich.
   If you have this folder - delete it, if you don't have it - skip this step.

8. Open Gamma Launcher as Admin

9. Uncheck every box, but leave Force zip extraction box checked.

10. Click on Install / Update G.A.M.M.A.

Suddenly my game is stuck blurry vision after ADS as if everything was super out of focus DoF. Game crashed right after it happened and now it's permanent. I can load any save from my ~40 hour playthrough and its all blurry vision. I can't turn off DoF in the settings, anytime I press apply it checks the box again. Also messed up my minimap and moved it to the opposite corner of the screen for some reason, but that part I don't care as much about.

Perfect tyvm. I hope you don't mind waiting a couple days to a week@boreal cedar , my guide should work for both Linux and Steam Deck. However since I've installed all of the mods from scratch there have been (and are going to have) problems.

Still dealing with this issue, I'm sure it's Blindsides Reanimation pack, I disabled it and the crash went away. I've got a fresh G.A.M.M.A Weapons install as well.

wpn_mosin_hud.ogf exists in the Blindside Anim folder. Not sure why this is a problem.

4. Close ModOrganizer

G.A.M.M.A. has a default mod list and a default list of keybinds and settings, just to make sure everyone has the same things.
When you update, everything goes back to default for this reason, so yes, it's normal.

You just need to send ONE of these files where it was asked. It's either ONE file with .txt OR .log OR with nothing at the end. DON'T send anything with .bkp at end.

Drag and drop the file inside the Discord channel, Discord will handle it for you.

Hey there, I'm having an issue with the in-game framerate locking at 60fps no matter what. Menu runs at uncapped frames. Vsync off, nvidia control panel vsync off. I have 0 clue what is forcing the frame rate cap

DLTX is a new-ish technology in Anomaly's modding.
Modding in Anomaly is primarily done through editing .ltx files (with text editors), the problem happens when 2 mods changes the same file.
Example: a mod changing junk artifacts & a mod editing hearts of the oasis will both modify the same .ltx file. When this happens, one mod will lose it's changes unless someone made a "compatibility patch" merging the 2 edited files into one.
DLTX is a solution for these problem. Instead of changing the entire files, DLTX only changes specific lines in those files. Which means DLTX mods are by default very compatible with each other.

In order to collapse the categories in MO2 you need to:

1. Sort the mods by priority
2. I think it might be safe to say something is still corrupted and/or didn't extract right, since you already did check md5, lets try to go for an extraction again

yea but this is after you "hopefully" verified all the archives to be correct and not corrupted, and now we extract everything again into MO2 and see if it can replace any corrupted files that are in MO2 mods folder

1.) Go to your GAMMA\downloads folder and delete Atmospherics_GAMMA_x.x.zip (x.x. means version number, and yes delete them all if you have multiple of those zip files)

when i start my game the entire screen is completely messed up. i see the npc dialogue at the bottom fine, the sleep option is present, but all graphics are white/grey/black and traingular. its really weird
