AVX is a way for your CPU to do calculations on a large array of data simultaneously. This is the same kind of job GPUs are primarily meant for.
So if your GPU is decent, AVX is (in most cases) outclassed by the GPU itself. Best way to know which is better for you, personally, is to try both versions and see what does or doesn't crash/performs better.

The busyhands is the name of a bug that among other things prevents the player from interacting with objects or the weapons player holds.

If you can't:

• use your weapon or reload
• open your inventory
• drink/eat/sleep or otherwise interact with items you have
• correctly see your HUD in the bottom left corner, and it appears like everything is at 0 and it's all red
• transition between locations

Then it means your save file is affected by busyhands. The only known way to fix this is by loading an earlier save that was made before any of the things mentioned above started happening.
It is believed that the most common causes of this bug happening in the first place are:

• Enabling mod Turn this on if you stutter in Mod Organizer (or auto_switch_distance_start value being manually changed).
  ⬆️ If you're using this mod - follow !busyfix ⬆️
• Enabling disabled animations, or adding new animations with custom mods

Hello, I'm having an CTD issue with the SG550 and P90. After a bit of testing, Gunslinger Guns is causing the SG550 to break the game but the P90 doesn't and if I disable the mod, the SG550 doesn't crash but the P90 breaks.

If you have the right GAMMA Launcher version and still don't have #📍577-mods-in-mo2 , and/or you see red X in the "flags" column in MO2, chances are you might be blocked from moddb.com temporarily (visit the website, if you're blocked you will see an all red screen and it will be very obvious). Simply just wait it out, and add 30 extra minutes to the timer before you try pressing 'install/update GAMMA' again (do not visit the website a bunch of times to keep checking on the timer).

If you are not blocked from MODDB.com, run install/update GAMMA again. ALWAYS make sure you run GAMMA Launcher as Administrator. If you read through all this and still have problems, open a thread in #1026866080347603065

I was making the same mistake because i was dragging other pda's onto my person then hitting my hotkey to open my PDA, you dont have to do that , you just right click on the picked up pda's and click view. I guarantee its the same issue...

3. What version is your GAMMA launcher in** GAMMA/.Grok's Modpack Installer** folder? - if you see GAMMA installer, or you open it and see version 4.2, you have an old version

@jolly ginkgo Hey there! Just to let you know (and if anyone encounters the same bug in the future) I was able to solve the issue with that strange error that will not let you finish the main story.

It looks like to be an older bug originating from Anomaly itself where it comes to Issues with DX11 and certain graphic settings/drivers/whatever. So I was able to fix it by saving right before the last time you talk with Strelok before he vanishes. Exit your Game, switch to DX9 in Anomaly Launcher (for me only DX9 worked), load your Save, speak to Strelok and enjoy the Credits roll. After you are again able to control your Character save again, exit Game and switch back to DX11.

Not an "ideal" solution but a fast and easy workaround
