We can't really see the problem if you take a picture with your cellphone. If you have a problem you want to share with us, you can do the following, since we don't care about your second monitor or your desktop image:

1. Press F12 in-game, look in Anomaly\appdata\screenshots. If it's not there, look in your GAMMA RC3 folder, inside a folder called overwrite
2. Press PRTSC (Print Screen on your keyboard) open Paint, CTLR + V to paste the pic, save it, send it
3. Windows key + Shift + S, which let you choose what part of the screen you want to copy, it will directly copy the pic for you.

The busyhands is the name of a bug that among other things prevents the player from interacting with objects or the weapons player holds.

If you can't:

• use your weapon or reload
• open your inventory
• drink/eat/sleep or otherwise interact with items you have
• correctly see your HUD in the bottom left corner, and it appears like everything is at 0 and it's all red
• transition between locations

Then it means your save file is affected by busyhands. The only known way to fix this is by loading an earlier save that was made before any of the things mentioned above started happening.
It is believed that the most common causes of this bug happening in the first place are:

• Enabling mod Turn this on if you stutter in Mod Organizer (or auto_switch_distance_start value being manually changed).
  ⬆️ If you're using this mod - follow !busyfix ⬆️
• Enabling disabled animations, or adding new animations with custom mods

Certified DISABLED ANIMATIONS that bring busyhands if you enable them:

• Opening/closing backpack and any option related to this

thanks for the tip, unfortunately I have done 3 fresh installs and started completely new games and the same thing happens, without armor on I can see the textures on my hands, forearms and feet, the second I throw armor on the above mentioned areas become black with no textures.

I would also add I can still play and interact, just the textures when wearing armor get borked as stated above. Happened when updating, and now, no matter hw many installs I do its the same issue....

sometimes mods can freak out, so my usual go-to fix is to delete the mods folder in the gamma folder and then launch grok's installer to unzip the mods again (they're already downloaded in the downloads folder)

if you want to be extra thorough you can also delete the downloads and redownload from the installer or from #🖥️how-to-install but i dont think thats necessary

also im not saying this will fix anything, this is just a desperate reinstall
