Sorry if this seems a bit of a nuclear option it'll disable some nice features in the game but I want to eliminate SSS from the equation and what's worse is that it's a dependency for all other shader things

It and ES are a major pain in the ass

but that shitty dof is part of SSS

and setting shit up with Beef's NVG will be difficult to work without SSS and ES and it's just godawful

In case you want to save your in-game or MCM settings (because the installer will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.

Hm, I am kinda stumped. I am but a fellow random shmuck struggling with making this game not freak out on me all the time, but nothing jumps immediately out at me from those logs. There's mention of running out of memory and the client creating new instances but that's not that uncommon.

Probably someone more knowledgeable will have to have a look but in the meantime, if your PC should handle the game fine, try to restart whole machine and then run the client without lot of other applications that may contend for resources?

It's the new DOF (Depth Of Field) effect.
You can turn it off:
1) Open the game.
2) Go in Mod Configuration Menu.
3) Search SSS Settings.
4) Disable whatever options you don't like and/or move sliders to the left.
Shaders Cumulative Pack for GAMMA has to be enabled in MO2, otherwise the SSS settings won't be visible.

If these steps don't work and DOF remains enabled, press ~, type r2_dof_enable off and hit Enter.

Issue regarding not recieving any radiation at all from any sources except consumables (anomalies and other radiation pockets): have tried looking for a supposed difficulty.itx file. Difficulty preset was set on easy on starting the playthrough. Player protection set to poor on gameplay difficulty in the ingame menu. I have not found any sliders modifying the radiation value in game nor mod settings.

In order to properly enable Mags Redux:

1) Enable Mags Redux (Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload) (the mod under "Optional")
2) Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload on the same key (yes it's a mod, no it isn't a keybind)
3) Enable Ammo Check (this is a mod as well)
4) While in game, check your keybinds for RELOAD and UNJAM in Settings > Controls > Bindings
5) After successfully following all steps, you need to Left-Alt + left click the magazine to add to your loadout, before a reload can work
Bonus: You can also enable Mags Buyable at Traders if you want, it's a mod already inside your mod list.

KEEP IN MIND that once you enable Mags Redux, you can't just disable the mod in your current save file and call it a day. Your game will crash.
To remove it safely, you'll have to remove them from your save file with this addon, follow EVERY STEP: <#🖇old-mods-posting message>

My current GAMMA install is from 2023.02.20, and I recently updated the EXEs to 2023.03.25 release to support the #1089281620244181032 mod. Is it possible the latest EXEs broke my faction relations in an existing save file? The relation values keep changing based on what's happening as if dynamic relations was enabled. It's not enabled

Also after killing some bandits the game told me my reputation has worsened. At this point did I realise it has gone from "Excellent" to "Neutral" even tho I'm not shooting at allies or neutrals and I'm doing missions for a lot of them. It had been going up since I started this run. What makes me suspicious on the EXEs is that this started happening since I switched to them

You can turn it off:
1) Open the game.
2) Go in Mod Configuration Menu.
3) Search SSS Settings.

Shaders Cumulative Pack for GAMMA has to be enabled in MO2, otherwise the SSS settings won't be visible.

If these steps don't work and DOF remains enabled, press ~, type r2_dof_enable off and hit Enter.

We can't really see the problem if you take a picture with your cellphone. If you have a problem you want to share with us, you can do the following, since we don't care about your second monitor or your desktop image:

1. Press F12 in-game, look in Anomaly\appdata\screenshots. If it's not there, look in your GAMMA RC3 folder, inside a folder called overwrite
2. Press PRTSC (Print Screen on your keyboard) open Paint, CTLR + V to paste the pic, save it, send it
3. Windows key + Shift + S, which let you choose what part of the screen you want to copy, it will directly copy the pic for you.

I have an issue where when I unjam the usb45 tactical, it will end up making me unable to use any other weapon in my hands, therefor on the screen, there will be no hands or items, except for the tools slot with the radio receiver and such items.

You just need to send ONE of these files where it was asked. It's either ONE file with .txt OR .log OR with nothing at the end.
DON'T send anything with .bkp at end.

Drag and drop the file inside the Discord channel, Discord will handle it for you.
Make sure you're not using any extra mods, if you do, you'll need to ask in #🔨modded-gamma-support.

I try running anomaly Gamma with the default modlist in MO2 after installation
1024*768 resolution
on a Ryzen 7 Pro 6850U & 32 GB RAM.

Is this anywhere remotely doable?
so far I have ~70FPS according to FRAPS, but the game lags & stutters.
I toggled the "Turn this on if you stutter" mod, and reduced some of the graphic settings from high to low, but it did not help so far.

where can I look for more infos on whether it makes sense at all to run anomaly on this hardware?
