Ok so I disabled anti virus + defender and then did the Download + Install through the installer (as admin). Now when i started a game i have this error file

A possible fix for busyhands if you have the "Turn this on if you stutter" mod enabled: reduce the auto_switch_distance_start in small increments of a few hundred at a time in \GAMMA\mods\Turn this on if you stutter\gamedata\configs alife.ltx.
Start with like 300 or something, then every time you get busyhands randomly, reduce it by 200 more.
If the fix needs to be resistant to changes made by the installer make sure to also modify the alife.ltx file in \GAMMA\.Grok's Modpack Installer\G.A.M.M.A\modpack_addons\Turn this on if you stutter\gamedata\configs

If you get the bug on first load, try loading the same save again. It loads faster and is less likely to bug.

When you're in game, press J. Be sure to be close to them, 200m is the maximum distance you can be far from them, don't go over 300m.
Also, if their health bar is grey, that means that you're far from them and they won't "hear" you.
You'll need to get more close to them, sometimes you'll need to be right next to them in order to "teleport" them.

It's the new DOF (Depth Of Field) effect.
You can turn it off:
1) Open the game.
2) Go in Mod Configuration Menu.
3) Search SSS Settings.
4) Disable whatever options you don't like and/or move sliders to the left.
Shaders Cumulative Pack for GAMMA has to be enabled in MO2, otherwise the SSS settings won't be visible.

If these steps don't work and DOF remains enabled, press ~, type r2_dof_enable off and hit Enter.

Game launched fine, ran (a little choppily but) alright for three hours. Had my first emission and at what I'm assuming was the climax of the event the game crashed. Suddenly in my ModOrganiser I had a bunch of red X's where I was pretty sure there weren't any before, and the game won't launch anymore, with the following error log. So Gamma is working for me but in my current savegame everytime i load and start playing it randomly crashes between 5 seconds up to 30 seconds for some reason. Here is the crash log. Any ideas?

That I did not expect, but I think I understand. Just new to this and saw that in my case 75% of time that was spent on 4x full install every half hour could possibly by avoided.
Currently there seems to be no separation between checking for refreshed/uncorrupted mods "check for updates" and "try unpacking all downloads from scratch". Not sure that would create problems, but you may be right.

So it is a mod issue? I thought it had something to do with memory because the crash timing was always off. I'll try that again though.

I don't think so. I actually installed Gamma before the whole moddb thing and it played fine until i ran into that issue on my save. That's when i decided to reinstall the mod and that was when the moddb servers were down. So i had to spam the full install over the last 2 days until i arrived with all mods installed and being able to play the game again. Then I put my savegame into the fresh reinstall and tried it again. I guess I'll just try a new game tomorrow and see if it happens again.

3) Copy the gamedata folder you'll find inside
4) Open your GAMMA RC3 folder and go to GAMMA RC3/Grok's Modpack Installer/GAMMA/modpack_addons
5) Create a new folder exactly named 76- Boomsticks and Sharpsticks - Mich
6) Paste the gamedata folder inside this newly created folder
7) Now go to GAMMA RC3/mods and look for a folder called 76- Boomsticks and Sharpsticks - Mich.
If you have this folder - delete it, if you don't have it - skip this step.
8) Launch the GAMMA installer with admin rights, press Download G.A.M.M.A. data and then Only install G.A.M.M.A. addons

If your issue isn't solved, press Download G.A.M.M.A. data and then Full GAMMA Installation in the installer.

Full GAMMA Installation does NOT remove saves, nor does it mean you are redownloading everything and it won't delete anything at all.
A full install will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall and fix them, and any that need to be updated will be updated.

In case you want to save your in-game or MCM settings (because the installer will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
