Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

In order to properly enable Mags Redux:

1) Enable Mags Redux (Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload) (the mod under "Optional")
2) Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload on the same key (yes it's a mod, no it isn't a keybind)
3) Enable Ammo Check (this is a mod as well)
4) While in game, check your keybinds for RELOAD and UNJAM in Settings > Controls > Bindings
5) After successfully following all steps, you need to Left-Alt + left click the magazine to add to your loadout, before a reload can work
Bonus: You can also enable Mags Buyable at Traders if you want, it's a mod already inside your mod list.

KEEP IN MIND that once you enable Mags Redux, you can't just disable the mod in your current save file and call it a day. Your game will crash.
To remove it safely, you'll have to remove them from your save file with this addon, follow EVERY STEP: <#🖇old-mods-posting message>

It's the new DOF (Depth Of Field) effect. You can turn it off:
1) Open the game
2) Go in Mod Configuration Menu
3) Search SSS Settings
4) Disable whatever options you don't like and/or move sliders to the left
If these steps do not work and DOF stays enabled, press ~, type r2_dof_enable off and hit Enter.

Shaders Cumulative Pack for GAMMA has to be enabled in MO2, otherwise the SSS settings won't be visible.

Hi. I'm having some problems with the RF Receiver Packages mod. It's been working fine for me up until now, but I have an aberrant behavior happening in the Agroprom, where it doesn't go from 1 beep to 2 to (hopefully) 3, it goes straight to a rapid 2 beeps, then to nothing when you stray too far, and I searched the entire radius where this happened with no success or alteration.

Is there a way to clear the queue or reset the mod or something without starting a new game?

I tried mags redux. Didn't like it. Tried reversing the instructions sent to me by the bot:

1. Disabling mags redux
2. Enabling "unjam reload on same key" mod
3. Disabling "ammo check" mod

It worked but only for primaries as seen in the screenshot. The pistol u still need to manually load the magazines even after I did everything I said above. I have also tried a fresh install of gamma and it's still there. Any help on how to properly disable mags redux?

Does anyone else have severe FPS issues just in The Great Swamp? Literally every other area I've visited in the zone runs at a solid 60fps without (minus a small area in Rostok that causes a mysterious FPS drop) everywhere except for The Great Swamp...where my game comes to a near grinding halt.. Running my standard gfx settings that normally run at a solid 60fps everywhere else, as soon as I load into The Great Swamp, my FPS starts out at around 45-50fps as soon as I enter and the further I go from where I entered, the lower my FPS drops, especially near the church or at the very middle of the swamp, the FPS drops to between 5fps-15fps. I've tried dropping every single graphic option to off and any sliders all the way to the left, deleted all local squads and all squads in the zone all together, turned off all the shader options and the highest I've managed to get my FPS up to while staying closer to the edge of The Great Swamp map is around 50-57fps. I tried DX11 with & without AVX, (game won't boot in DX8, DX9 or DX10 for some reason) CPU 0 affinity on and off, en/disabled full screen optimizations, en/disabled triple buffering and en/disabled high performance mode on my gfx card and without any squads, basically zero population in the entire zone and with alife disabled in debug, the highest FPS I managed to achieve in The Great Swamp around the edge was about 57fps and near the church of the mysterious disappearing FPS, was 37fps... Does anyone else have similar issues with The Great Swamp or maybe another area with similar issues? It sucks because the abysmal FPS forces me to avoid taking any missions in The Great Swamp because the game becomes completely unplayable.

I managed to get past this on my own by going into the gamma/mod folder, the reanimations_chadstalkerenjoyer_whatever mod (#39), the mod_bas_sniper whatever file. There are three coding segments at the bottom [wpn_toz106_snd_shoot], [wpn_toz_snd_shoot_actor], [wpn_svd_somethingsomething] and adding an ! before each. Haven't gotten to see if the toz106 or svd is f'd in the game itself, since I'm getting mags being active despite it not being active.

If you get it working, might want to try debugging in a toz106 and firing it, see what happens. I can't bring myself to bother anymore, lol.

Just to be clear, it would be ![wpn_toz_snd_shoot] and the same for the other two.

I would note that that mod, during install, is the one that took the longest, had the longest hangup and spawned a few notes that resolved after going "redirecting to original moddb mirror" and likely doing it all again , but worked.

I'm guessing it has something to do with the some update or change they've made fairly recently. I had (past tense, unfortunately) a working game made about 7 or so weeks back and it was fine. This and the default magazine thing seems pretty recent. I'm just going to hit the game backlog and come back to it in a few weeks. Reinstalling, again, may just be reinstalling the same bugs. Try the above fix, if you can, and see if it works or come back to it later.

hey need some assistance when somebody has time. Did a full update of GAMMA to get any new patches, started a brand new Duty playthrough, and magazines are populating in the game. The only other mods I enabled were a minimap and trader overhaul. "Mags redux" and "mags on traders" are not enabled and were never enabled. Even after deleting the save and verifying they are still not enabled then starting a new game, mags still appear in my inventory and it will not let me reload.

(This has probably been asked multiple times and I've tried searching for a fix in the discord. I have found some answers that helped me narrow it down).

I've just installed GAMMA on my Steamdeck, which is running Windows. The game boots up fine, however crashes when I try to go into the settings.

What I've got so far, is that the resolution is being a problem and as such I should change something in the 'ui_options.script' - however I personally can't find the exact spot that I need to address.

Hi. Wondering if anyone might be able to spare some wisdom. Just installed Gamma, followed the instructions. Have the 1.5.2 update changelog, have 359 mods in the mod organizer, and no red flags. However when I launch the game I get the anomaly splash screen then an immediate crash with no error prompt.

I completely removed everything and started from scratch. What I think the problem was though is 7 zip being set to the wrong default. I had to go into settings > apps > default apps > Choose default apps by file type > and changed 7z files to open usinf the 7 zip file manager instead of the 7 zip gui option. during the full reinstall I had no issues and am back in game.

I also have this error post update. Through some trial and error, I found disabling the following prevents the error occuring:

3) Enable Ammo Check (this is a mod as well)
4) While in game, check your keybinds for RELOAD and UNJAM in Settings > Controls > Bindings
5) After successfully following all steps, you need to Left-Alt + left click the magazine to add to your loadout, before a reload can work
Bonus: You can also enable Mags Buyable at Traders if you want, it's a mod already inside your mod list.

KEEP IN MIND that once you enable Mags Redux, you can't just disable the mod in your current save file and call it a day. Your game will crash.
To remove it safely, you'll have to remove them from your save file with this addon, follow EVERY STEP: <#🖇old-mods-posting message>

I replaced [wpn_toz106_snd_shoot] with [!wpn_toz106_snd_shoot] in <your gamma folder>/mods/274- Dark Signal Audio Pack - Shrike/gamedata/configs/items/weapons/sound_layers/wpn_sniper_sound.ltx

this seems to be doubled and not properly overwritten by other mods or by this one

Cool. Now go back to main menu>MCM>Drop Condition>Weapons and set everything to max, then get into that fight again.
Make sure to record the original values so you can set them back
