It's the new DOF (Depth Of Field) effect. You can turn it off:
1) Open the game
2) Go in Mod Configuration Menu
3) Search SSS Settings
4) Disable whatever options you don't like and/or move sliders to the left

Shaders Cumulative Pack for GAMMA has to be enabled in MO2, otherwise the SSS settings won't be visible.

I don't know what might be the issue. OpenAL is an audio driver so it might have some issues with that?
MAYBE it's also because of your launch commands of "-prefetch_sounds" but I don't see why it would cause that. I just know that I haven't seen anyone with that error and noone was using that launch command from what I remember
