It's the new DOF (Depth Of Field) effect. You can turn it off:
1) Open the game
2) Go in Mod Configuration Menu
3) Search SSS Settings
4) Disable whatever options you don't like and/or move sliders to the left

Shaders Cumulative Pack for GAMMA has to be enabled in MO2, otherwise the SSS settings won't be visible.

hello, ive only just started this modpack recently and have been enjoying it, but i have a lot of stuttering and evry 6-10 minutes the game will just freeze on screen for a few seconds, everything keeps going on around me during this, so having this happen during firefights really sucks... if any of you have some ideas on how to help with this it would be very much appreciated

ah. yeah, you have one of the nonspecific errors which makes troubleshooting difficult. i'd recommend you back up everything first - saves, settings, custom modlist if you changed anything ( #🤖bot-commands are !save, !backup and !custom)
then:

• run installer as admin, "download gamma data", "only install gamma addons". Try to play.
• If it doesn't work, run installer as admin, "download gamma data", "full GAMMA installation". check that you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2 with no red crosses next to any of them afterwards, then try to play.
• if that doesn't work, reinstall anomaly (instructions command is !dest)

theres a bug where 'point of interest' places in the map that have a transparent white circle sometimes does not allow you to click for fast travel. i found a workaround by clicking the 'PoI' button while in the PDA map, and then right clicking the place your trying to go

you can also try to fast-click the spot before the name of the point of interest shows to do the fast travel

I'm having a bit of an issue with "Last Dawn":
I got the Merc Loner cease fire after shutting down the Brain Scorcher and immediately died to a psy halucination. Reloaded, did the entire lab again, but DIDN'T get the cease fire (which I didn't realize at the time). Scar pointed me towards an immortal Loner, so I had to use the debug menu to make at least him neutral and continue the quest (I also had to take down all his friends, which probably didn't help my reputation).

In hindsight I remembered bribing and disguises, but those never even let me get close to anyone, let alone talk (vanilla anomaly). Was this fixed/changed in GAMMA and would have worked? How screwed am I and what are my options?

Guess there's not way to do that? I know the no recipe requirement is done through craft.ltx and I don't see none reverting to "vanilla" options, I could do that manually but I don't know how to mess with "levelled lists" (don't know how it's called in stalker) and if it's gonna break the some part of the game or not

Looks like the game cant detect your monitors resolution. There is a possible fix but it requires some script editing.

Full GAMMA Installation does NOT remove saves, nor does it mean you are redownloading everything and it won't delete anything at all.
A full install will simply check every mod in the pack, reinstall and fix them, and any that need to be updated will be updated.

To do so:
1. Open your G.A.M.M.A. installer as admin
2. Click "Download G.A.M.M.A. data"
3. Click "Full G.A.M.M.A. installation"

In case you want to save your in-game or MCM settings (because the installer will revert them back to default), type !backup in #🤖bot-commands.
