It's the new DOF (Depth Of Field) effect. You can turn it off:
1) Open the game
2) Go in Mod Configuration Menu
3) Search SSS Settings
4) Disable whatever options you don't like and/or move sliders to the left

Shaders Cumulative Pack for GAMMA has to be enabled in MO2, otherwise the SSS settings won't be visible.

Hello! I've just installed the game and want to see those FDDA animation. The mod is active by default and in mod option i can see that is checked but when I open the inventory, it doesn't do the backpack animation. Do I miss something here?

Hello, I've been having this problem installing the GAMMA mode, specifically on launch MO2 these error messages appear. I know it says to ignore them but from what I know they are supposed to be a different type of error message. I've re-downloaded GAMMA about 3 times now and the same messages pop up. Stalker anomaly runs fine ( from what I can tell) and i've ran sfc /scannow and DISM on the command prompt successfully with no result.
So if someone can clarify or explain what the problem is that would be great.

I'm having a hard time playing the game without lag spikes/freezing every frew moments. I wouldnt mind if it was less frequent but its usually happening during combat and stuff. the game runs super smooth for about 15-30 seconds and then has a massive one to two second long lag spike. It can happen while walking around or combat. Fresh save and fresh install. I've tried the following changes, AUX on and off, I am using DX 11, I turned off core 0, Tried lowering settings, used the stutter fix in the MO. I have a decent PC with 32gb of ram, some radeon somthing from 4 years ago and a GTX 1660. Anamoly is installed on a a SSD while gamma is on a HDD. I tried the other way around but that seemed to cause more lag. I also playeda round in my nvidia settings and saw no improvements. Any help would really be appreciated.

I can't move for more than 5 seconds without a 1-2 second freeze sporadically occurring. Shooting, Aiming, Jumping, or doing anything other than walking makes the game freeze as well. The stuttering is atrocious, even after Enabling the stutter fix and following all the steps in #old-framerate-optimisation. My pc doesnt have bad hardware at all, and should be perfectly fine running it, but this issue has continued to happen.

Hey, so, I'm just installing GAMMA for Anomaly today. Finished the install, and it didn't create a shortcut first of all. So I found MO2 in my GAMMA files, and switched Anomaly Launcher to Anomaly {DX11-AVX} as I was told to. Here's the kicker, and the actual issue. When I hit run, Stalker Anomaly booting screen pops up, not Gamma, and then I get an error noise with no message. Any help?

@prime fulcrum So I figured out why several of my story NPC's weren't spawning in. For whatever reason if you set the random stalker squads above a certain percentage and/or don't include certain factions in the spawn list for the random squads in the ZCP MCM menu, it will completely overwrite story characters including everyone but Sirdovich in Rookie Village, Sahkarov, and the Old Doc in Great swamps with said randomly generated squads. It's the new DOF (Depth Of Field) effect. You can turn it off:
1) Open the game
2) Go in Mod Configuration Menu
3) Search SSS Settings

Drag and drop the file inside the Discord channel, Discord will handle it for you.
Make sure you're not using any extra mods, if you do, you'll need to ask in #🔨modded-gamma-support.

If you already updated to 1.5.2 and still having problems, it means you did something wrong.

2. Open the zip, you'll see 4 folders and a text file
3. SELECT the content of this archive (4 folders and a .txt file)
4. DRAG AND DROP the content of this archive inside your Anomaly folder

7. Click on Download G.A.M.M.A. data AND THEN CLICK Full G.A.M.M.A. Installation

you're welcome just wait an hour or two and try again disable any Antivirus program on you PC and in the meantime it's best to do nothing no open other programs or surf the internet and let the installer do its job that worked for me

I have proplem with RUN and SPRINT, can run with normal speed anymore. I used "Grok gotta go fast" and gave boost just to run back to quest objective that i missed and turned it off to normal default settings. after couple mins i noticed being much slower than normal, weight doesnt affect it and while sprinting there is this really small stutter every couple meters like something is stopping me. So i tried how i am runnin now with running speed to set to max like before and even that is now fucked and stutters every couple meters? Mod fix "press this if stutter" doesnt work, so any tips?

Been working through some crashing issues, and got that part fixed. Whenever I load into a save, I just get a white screen. But not just blanket white, kind of like a tunnel. I can open my inventory, pda etc.

Stashes are empty by default; you will have to find or get coordinates to actually find something in them.
These coordinates can be obtained as rewards by completing quests, by reading PDAs that you can find on the bodies of stalkers you kill and you can even threaten wounded stalkers to get them, before you kill them.

You can also buy them from traders, although the location is always random, so it could be anywhere.
And yes, if you buy coordinates from a trader in the northern part of the zone, it's always gonna be random.
