well, shit. In the absence of more obvious starting points here's the general troubleshooting steps:

1. Backup everything you want backed up ( #🤖bot-commands are !save !backup !custom)
2. Run installer as admin, click "Download GAMMA Data", click "Only install GAMMA addons". Try to play after finishing. If it doesn't work, move to step 3
3. Run installer as admin, click "Full GAMMA Installation". If it finishes fine, you have #📍577-mods-in-mo2 with no red crosses in MO2, try to play. If that doesn't work, move to step 4
4. Reinstall Anomaly - !dest for instructions

Minor issue, but it bothers me nonetheless: The PDA radio does not work in Gamma, but works fine in Anomaly. In Gamma I can only listen to music through the music player (which has completely different songs) underneath the radio in the radio tab, but radios function never plays anything, despite the in-world radios playing the radio musics just fine.

once loaded into the actual game, i can move around and check stuff like inventory and pda ( i can see inventory but only hear pda) but the screen is black with the exception of the tarkov health in the bottom left. 1) Open the game

3) Search SSS Settings

Hello, so I've been playing GAMMA without any issues but today I accidentally opened the Stalker ANOMALY launcher. Then I backed out and booted up GAMMA. Now when Im in GAMMA, I can view the starting screens and pause screens, but whenever I'm put into game I only get a black screen with some in game UI popping up. Any advice on a fix?

To clean your "Shader Cache", don't use the option in the Anomaly launcher.
Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

Hello, I've been running into some PC problems only while running this game, so I wanted to see if anybody here could shed some light. For context, I know the game is demanding because of all of the mods, but from what I can tell in my PC's performance monitor indicates that it's handling the game fine, running at about 55 C temperature and my limit is 83. I downloaded everything correctly a few days ago, and the game was working perfectly for like 8 hours. But then towards the end of that 8 hours, my fan started running high and then exactly at that moment my display shut off, and my monitor could not detect any HDMI signal. However, my PC continues to operate fine, I can even hear the game and hear every action I perform in game so it hasn't crashed, and I can also hear YT playing if I was watching that simultaneously. This has happened multiple times over the past two days with increasing frequency, to the point I can't play for more than an hour, sometimes way less like 10 minutes. A friend of mine thinks it's my PSU basically causing an emergency shut down of my GPU, which I think has a capacity of 600W. Any additional insights would be much appreciated.

Without knowing anything exact, I'd check if you have the most recent GPU driver installed, possibly uninstall the current one with DDU (link below) and then install a fresh driver. Sometimes driver uninstallers leave remnants behind which may cause issues later on. That's what DDU is for, to completely remove all of it:

A shutdown on the PSU's end would shut down the entire system, not just the GPU. When a certain protection inside the PSU is triggered the entire unit shuts off immediately, not just a GPU. It could be a Windows issue maybe, it's hard to tell. An RTX 3060 isn't going to anywhere near using the full capacity of a 600W PSU, and I'd assume your entire system wouldn't either. If you have a 3060 you probably don't have a power hungry 13900K OC'd or something. But even then 600W should be enough. I suspect a software issue

This has happened in the past once at least a year ago, but I forgot what I was playing honestly. I feel like I was playing Bannerlord. But I've also played that for hours on end successfully with no issues.

Again I'm not 100% positive, but my PC was prebuilt and on Cyberpower's website it indicates I have a 600W PSU
And I have the game installed on an external 2TB harddrive if that matters at all.

I see. I don't think the game being installed on an external drive matters, since the #old-how-to-install only mentions some personal Windows folders. I'd do a clean install of the GPU driver like I said, and perhaps a GAMMA reinstall. I'm not sure if the game could cause an issue like this or not honestly. If you have an other PC and/or monitor you can try changing them up and see if the issue persists. Or you could change your monitor's connection to the PC to a different port like DisplayPort if your monitor supports it, but that requires a different cable which you may not have

If this issue only happens during GAMMA, I can't think of other causes really. I find it unlikely to be a cable/monitor or other hardware issue, I think it has to do with either the GPU driver or the game, perhaps an unrelated 3rd party program that's running in the background

Did you at any point clean your case of dust? If you can maybe run HWInfo while you play and look through the max temperature values, if anything there is above 90 or close to it you should investigate that part further. Would be interesting to see if you have any temperature issues or if it's really some power instability.
