I found one of those encrypted pdas??? at least the description stating that it's password-protected and the message log can't be accessed. Yet when I equip it, it functions exactly like my regular PDA, letting me use the map, the message log, and everything.

Xenotech doesn't offer a dialog option to decrypt it tho... (no matter whether I have the PDA equipped or not). Maybe Xenotech can't decrypt PDAs? He is marked as a "Trader" under my section tab but everyone says Xenotech is a "technician" so im a bit confused now

Those upgrades are from Anomaly vanilla, you shouldn't see them, because GAMMA have different stuff. There is a mod that change the "vanilla" upgrades into "modded" upgrades.
Follow this guide and the problem will be fixed.

I'm working my way through the mortal sin questline, and I thought that 7.62x54r AP ammo was supposed to bypass the sin shields. However, judging by how many rounds they were eating, the shields were still in effect. I started looking through the damage handler script and I don't see any exceptions that would make any ammo bypass the shields. Is there some other script or config file that affects the shields?

Great, it's just that I started yesterday's save and I first observed my HUD wasn't fully loading the limb's HP. I normally have the fast travel limit mod disabled because I liked the Fallout-like experience of fast travelling. When I attempted to fast travel from Rostok to Rookie Village, the screen faded to black like normally but no loading screen showed up, it faded back to normal while I was at the same spot only that this time no keys worked. I also have got the item highlight mod applied.

It worked fine yesterday. I usually quicksave near campfires and yesterday I manually saved before bed. I also got an "Unhandled error" everytime I F9'd to reload the same save after failing upon fast travelling.

That's all the stuff that could matter I can think about...

Hi there. I posted a message here earlier asking for help because Gamma kept crashing at the same place. I posted my crash log and was told I needed to reinstall Anomaly. I did so and I even updated Gamma. Everything in theory should be fine. The game starts up and I even saved my last save file so I can continue where I left off. Unfortunetly, after a few minutes of game play, the game crashed again and I got the same fatal error message. Does anyone know where I could find this missing model? I only have Gamma installed, so those are the only mods running.

Stashes are empty by default; you will have to find or get coordinates to actually find something in them.
These coordinates can be obtained as rewards by completing quests, by reading PDAs that you can find on the bodies of stalkers you kill and you can even threaten wounded stalkers to get them, before you kill them.

You can also buy them from traders, although the location is always random, so it could be anywhere.
And yes, if you buy coordinates from a trader in the northern part of the zone, it's always gonna be random.

Well, it looks like 7.62x54r AP doesn't bypass sin shields after all. Turns out nothing bypasses the shields. But, I found where the shields are managed in the damage handler and made it so the shield doesn't get applied against 54r AP, Gauss and .338 LM.

When you're in game, press J. Be sure to be close to them, 200m is the maximum distance you can be far from them, don't go over 300m.
Also, if their health bar is grey, that means that you're far from them and they won't "hear" you.

Hi, I've somehow lost the ability to hold CTRL to see armor stats as if they were at full durability. Yesterday it worked, today it doesn't. I am using the default mod list, only extra mod I switched on was the "turn this on if you get stutters" one. All keybinds and ingame options are default except for my mouse sens. 3) Run the installer as admin, click on Download G.A.M.M.A. data and then on Full G.A.M.M.A. installation.

Moving Anomaly:
1) Move the Anomaly folder to the new location
2) Go to your GAMMA folder
3) Delete ModOrganizer.ini file. It should be below the ModOrganizer.exe application
4) Launch Mod Organizer (click on the ModOrganizer.exe file in the same GAMMA folder)
5) Press OK, then Browse, then select your Anomaly folder. Done.

DO NOT ENABLE any of the disabled animations. These are the root cause of multiple animation loops that can break the game, to the point where you have to delete your current save file.
This bug is called "busy hands", an animation loop that prevents the player from interacting with the action keys, except for movement. This bug can also and especially be found with vanilla animations. Try not to spam them.

If you are still unsure whether you have it or not, try to do any of the following:

• interact with objects or people
• use a weapon (you shouldn't even be able to see it when you select it)
• open your inventory
• drink/eat/sleep
• check your HUD in the bottom left corner

If you cannot do any of this, it probably means you do have busy hands.

The only possible way to, maybe, remove it completely, is to disable any extra activated animation that was previously disabled. You will also have to go back to a previous save where you are 100% sure that you don't have busy hands.

Certified DISABLED animations that bring busy hands:

• Opening/closing backpack and any option related to this
• Animation for skinning mutants
• Disassembling objects with Left-Alt pressed
• Picking up objects where you can see the hand movement
