find the sample in bushwacker anomaly. I collected the artifact but marker didnt remove. Also everytime I pick that artifact and alt+tab and goback to game. It crashes everytime. I can't finish this main quest because marker is not removed, also mission is not updating after I pick up the artifact.

1. is there a way to turn down the low health grunting sound ? It's way louder than everything else for me

2. How do I stop maps from respawning on map load? I went from wild territory -> Rostok -> Wild territory in maybe ~3-4 in game hours and the NPCs had all respawned by then. My respawn time is set to 2 days in ZCP

Generally indicates that Anomaly/GAMMA/both are somewhere they shouldn’t be or that the player doesn’t have proper permissions in the folder they are running the game from. They can either move the game to a proper location, grant proper permissions to their account in Windows or try running MO2 as admin.

In order to properly enable Mags Redux:

1. Enable Mags Redux (Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload) (the mod under "Optional")
2. Disable G.A.M.M.A. Unjam Reload on the same key (yes it's a mod, no it isn't a keybind)
3. Enable Ammo Check (this is a mod as well)
4. While in game, check your keybinds for RELOAD and UNJAM
5. After successfully following all steps, you need to Left-Alt + left click the magazine to add to your loadout, before a reload can work
   Bonus) You can also enable Mags Buyable at Traders if you want, it's a mod already inside your mod list

KEEP IN MIND that once you enable Mags Redux, you can't disable it in your current save file.

The only 100% safe way to do so is by loading a save where you DON'T have the mod enabled OR by starting a new game WITHOUT Mags Redux.

We also have this POSSIBLE workaround if you want to disable Mags Redux in the middle of your game:

To clean your "Shader Cache", don't use the option in the Anomaly launcher.
Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.

It should not touch your save games. The full install might reset your game settings but not in ways you can switch them back.

Just did a full install again. This is the latest log. Also figured I'd mention that FDDA was enabled again, but I didn't reenable it.

Guys, the quest "researchers" with a visit to x-19 and finding a folder, it is not there, before this quest I was in the lab and turned off the scorcher and picked up some folder next to the switch, but this is not it. And there is no marker on the map (you can see it in the screenshot). Question is the quest bugged ? If not, where to look for this folder (when adding it through the console, nothing happens), and if so, how do I find out the name of the quest so that I can skip it through the console.

I posted in here earlier but was not able to resolve my issue, so I figured I'd try again. I have been trying to fix this issue since Saturday. I just turned in some quests for Cold at the Clear Sky camp in the Swamps. After that I was trying to travel back to Cordon, but my game crashes every time. I have already tried a Full GAMMA Installation, and that did not fix it.

DO NOT ENABLE any of the disabled animations. These are the root cause of multiple animation loops that can break the game, to the point where you have to delete your current save file.
This bug is called "busy hands", an animation loop that prevents the player from interacting with the action keys, except for movement. This bug can also and especially be found with vanilla animations. Try not to spam them.

If you are still unsure whether you have it or not, try to do any of the following:

• interact with objects or people
• use a weapon (you shouldn't even be able to see it when you select it)
• open your inventory
• drink/eat/sleep
• check your HUD in the bottom left corner

If you cannot do any of this, it probably means you do have busy hands.

The only possible way to, maybe, remove it completely, is to disable any extra activated animation that was previously disabled. You will also have to go back to a previous save where you are 100% sure that you don't have busy hands.

Certified DISABLED animations that bring busy hands:

• Opening/closing backpack and any option related to this
• Animation for skinning mutants
• Disassembling objects with Left-Alt pressed
• Picking up objects where you can see the hand movement

You'll need your log to diagnose the issue. Go to where you have Anomaly installed,then the appdata\logs folder. Pop open the .log file in Notepad++,and look at the fatal error portion at the bottom. I keep getting hit with a crash and "Application AnomalyDX11AVX has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware". I've tried setting both "AnomalyDX11" and "AnomalyDX11AVX" to "Run as Administrator" but doing this makes it so the game won't run at all. It won't even start. I don't even get the splash screen before the game boots.

Disabling fullscreen optimizations as recommended in the "#│🔧troubleshooting" thread works (and definetly improved crashing frequency), but setting it to Run as Administrator doesn't even get me the splash screen start up.

I'm running an AMD 5700XT and a Ryzen 5 3600 (if that matters)

As far as manually giving yourself quests you could maybe continue your save but ultimately you're playing a bricked save now

Hey so I followed the install instructions but I only have 317 mods instead of 336.

so the issue is, mods that you add can behave unpredictably with GAMMA, a lot of mods are not compatible with 1.5.2/some other mods/each other, and even when they are, they can lead to weird side issues. We are always going to tell you to revert to completely vanilla GAMMA modlist here.

If you desperately want to keep those mods, ask for help in #🔨modded-gamma-support, but I agree with Valk and Madirex... that save is probably gone

You need to enable a mod in MO2: Quick Companion Teleport

When you're in game, press J. Be sure to be close to them, 200m is the maximum distance you can be far from them, don't go over 300m.
Also, if their health bar is grey, that means that you're far from them and they won't "hear" you.
You'll need to get more close to them, sometimes you'll need to be right next to them in order to "teleport" them.

win rar has some problems for some users, where they ran out of space on the disk, because winrar stashes temporary files while it extracts the zip in the main disk where it got installed

Hi all, my guns have been disappearing and I'm stuck. I've tried reloading, saving, etc. It has been happening since I initiated a search and rescue escort.

PDA, knife, primary and secondary don't show/aren't able to be used despite being equipped.

Oddly my geiger counter still works but the sidearm won't show up, tried swapping guns etc. Any ideas?

DO NOT ENABLE any of the disabled animations. These are the root cause of multiple animation loops that can break the game, to the point where you have to delete your current save file.
This bug is called "busy hands", an animation loop that prevents the player from interacting with the action keys, except for movement. This bug can also and especially be found with vanilla animations. Try not to spam them.

If you are still unsure whether you have it or not, try to do any of the following:

• interact with objects or people
• use a weapon (you shouldn't even be able to see it when you select it)
• open your inventory
• drink/eat/sleep
• check your HUD in the bottom left corner

If you cannot do any of this, it probably means you do have busy hands.

The only possible way to, maybe, remove it completely, is to disable any extra activated animation that was previously disabled. You will also have to go back to a previous save where you are 100% sure that you don't have busy hands.

Certified DISABLED animations that bring busy hands:

• Opening/closing backpack and any option related to this
• Animation for skinning mutants
• Disassembling objects with Left-Alt pressed
• Picking up objects where you can see the hand movement

I am having an issue where when I run I get pretty bad jitters (my screen freezes) at first this wasn’t bad but it seems to be getting worse. It is mainly when I run long distances in the Great swamp but it happens not so bad in other areas as well.
