This is because MOST OF THE TIME, NOT ALWAYS, "Only install G.A.M.M.A. Addons" is what you need to do, but it really depends. You can click on "Full G.A.M.M.A. installation" if you haven't updated for a long time OR if you're missing mods.

Always keep an eye out on #📢announcements because Grok (the author of G.A.M.M.A.) will ALWAYS announce in #📢announcements if you need to do a "Full G.A.M.M.A. installation", because you don't need to do it every day.

Hey just wanted to mention this in here, not sure yet if it's something thats already been mentioned, but I've been playing a lot and just recently, last night and just now, there's this glitch or something happening where I'll put my weapon away or switch off of it for whatever reason, and then I just can't equip my weapons anymore. Like I'll press 2 and 3 to take them out and it just does nothing. If anybody knows a fix or where I could look to fix it myself that'd be super appreciated.

DO NOT ENABLE any of the disabled animations. These are the root cause of multiple animation loops that can break the game, to the point where you have to delete your current save file.
This bug is called "busy hands", an animation loop that prevents the player from interacting with the action keys, except for movement. This bug can also and especially be found with vanilla animations. Try not to spam them.

If you are still unsure whether you have it or not, try to do any of the following:

• interact with objects or people
• use a weapon (you shouldn't even be able to see it when you select it)
• open your inventory
• drink/eat/sleep
• check your HUD in the bottom left corner

If you cannot do any of this, it probably means you do have busy hands.

The only possible way to, maybe, remove it completely, is to disable any extra activated animation that was previously disabled. You will also have to go back to a previous save where you are 100% sure that you don't have busy hands.

Certified DISABLED animations that bring busy hands:

• Opening/closing backpack and any option related to this
• Animation for skinning mutants
• Disassembling objects with Left-Alt pressed
• Picking up objects where you can see the hand movement

2. Copy the user.ltx file you'll find in there (note that every change made by you in your user.ltxwill be reverted to default)

DO NOT ENABLE any of the disabled animations. These are the root cause of multiple animation loops that can break the game, to the point where you have to delete your current save file.
This bug is called "busy hands", an animation loop that prevents the player from interacting with the action keys, except for movement. This bug can also and especially be found with vanilla animations. Try not to spam them.

If you are still unsure whether you have it or not, try to do any of the following:

• interact with objects or people
• use a weapon (you shouldn't even be able to see it when you select it)
• open your inventory
• drink/eat/sleep
• check your HUD in the bottom left corner

If you cannot do any of this, it probably means you do have busy hands.

The only possible way to, maybe, remove it completely, is to disable any extra activated animation that was previously disabled. You will also have to go back to a previous save where you are 100% sure that you don't have busy hands.

Certified DISABLED animations that bring busy hands:

• Opening/closing backpack and any option related to this
• Animation for skinning mutants
• Disassembling objects with Left-Alt pressed
• Picking up objects where you can see the hand movement

already have the updated version, i followed the installation to the letter, just at the last moment i recognized, that you can change anomaly launcher versions in MO2, so at first i started "anomaly launcher" and it opened an Anomaly version 1.0.5.4 or something like that..... so i closed everything, started GAMMA shortcut again, changed to Anomaly DX11-AVX in MO2 and started the game.... for right now, evrything seems fine, but i don´t wanna crash midgame :/

@narrow sparrow there is 100% a bug with artefact conditions randomizing same as there was bug with gun component condition randomizing. Is this on some sort of bug tracker? Each time I hit last save the efficiency is a different number between 10 and 30 I guess even though I spent money and time empowering it to over 30%

Ok maybe im missing something obvious but it seems in my game spawn rates (especially for mutants) are wayyy to high now and i don't know why. The last version of GAMMA I played was from February this year (anomaly 1.5.1) and the enemy AI was great. I want another replay so I installed the current GAMMA version and the enemy AI is terrible, it's actually ridiculous, no challenge at all. I can take out the Cordon military checkpoint with a pistol on the hardest difficulty, no issues. The soldiers are simply dumb, don't register me, I shoot one and they casually walk towards the body of their comrade to loot it, while i kill them one by one. What gives? Is this the issue with the core 1.5.2 anomaly, or with GAMMA/addons/mods? It's no fun at all. Anyone knows?

DO NOT ENABLE any of the disabled animations. These are the root cause of multiple animation loops that can break the game, to the point where you have to delete your current save file.
This bug is called "busy hands", an animation loop that prevents the player from interacting with the action keys, except for movement. This bug can also and especially be found with vanilla animations. Try not to spam them.

If you are still unsure whether you have it or not, try to do any of the following:

• interact with objects or people
• use a weapon (you shouldn't even be able to see it when you select it)
• open your inventory
• drink/eat/sleep
• check your HUD in the bottom left corner

If you cannot do any of this, it probably means you do have busy hands.

The only possible way to, maybe, remove it completely, is to disable any extra activated animation that was previously disabled. You will also have to go back to a previous save where you are 100% sure that you don't have busy hands.

Certified DISABLED animations that bring busy hands:

• Opening/closing backpack and any option related to this
• Animation for skinning mutants
• Disassembling objects with Left-Alt pressed
• Picking up objects where you can see the hand movement

Stashes are empty by default; you will have to find or get coordinates to actually find something in them. These coordinates can be obtained as rewards by completing quests, by reading PDAs that you can find on the bodies of stalkers you kill, you can even threaten wounded stalkers to get them, before you kill them.
You can also buy them from traders, although the location is always random, so it could be anywhere.
