To clean your "Shader Cache", don't use the option in the Anomaly launcher.

it just says that a mod is already downloaded, AND, because it unzips the mods instantly after downloading them, when you launch the full install again, the installer has to delete the unzipped version and use the already downloaded zip again (in case if it was broken or smthn)

DO NOT ENABLE any of the disabled animations. These are the root cause of multiple animation loops that can break the game, to the point where you have to delete your current save file.
This bug is called "busy hands", an animation loop that prevents the player from interacting with the action keys, except for movement. This bug can also and especially be found with vanilla animations. Try not to spam them.

If you are still unsure whether you have it or not, try to do any of the following:

• interact with objects or people
• use a weapon (you shouldn't even be able to see it when you select it)
• open your inventory
• drink/eat/sleep
• check your HUD in the bottom left corner

If you cannot do any of this, it probably means you do have busy hands.

The only possible way to, maybe, remove it completely, is to disable any extra activated animation that was previously disabled. You will also have to go back to a previous save where you are 100% sure that you don't have busy hands.

Certified DISABLED animations that bring busy hands:

• Opening/closing backpack and any option related to this
• Animation for skinning mutants
• Disassembling objects with Left-Alt pressed
• Picking up objects where you can see the hand movement

In certain areas if I look at certain areas the game suffers from sudden fps drops. Only if I look in those directions. If I look back then no. But that is a problem in combat many times.
I have tried putting the graphics to minimum and the problem continues the same.

Quick explanation about WHY you're missing mods/files:

Moddb isn't really suited for the installer, it's not that much ordinary to download 300+ mods casually every other day, so you can lose some files in the process, when you download them.
MO2 can't obviously know if you have everything or not. This is because, if the file structure of the mod is "okay", the mod is "okay".
Anomaly, on the other hand, knows right away that something is wrong/is missing from a specific mod, because it has to look for certain files in certain mods. And if those files are not there, the game crashes.

i tried reloading the same save again, restarting game, restarting computer, selecting 'Delete Shader Cache' in the anomaly launcher, but the only thing that worked was reloading a previous save from about 2 irl hours before

im in the process of doing a full reinstall so we'll see if that fixes it (probably will) but if it happens again, is there a quicker fix?

5. Go to GAMMA RC3/mods and delete 76- Boomsticks and Sharpsticks - Mich.
6. Launch the gamma installer and press "update gamma data" and then "only install gamma addons".
7. If your issue isn't fixed, press "update gamma data" and "full install" in the installer.

So did a fresh install and have the 334 mods. Load the game and make my character then when I hit play it crashes and closes the game. Ive looked and follwed steps for the !k98 or whatever it is to verify the file sizes and my files dont match whats listed on the picture and its very clear there has been updates to the folders/files.

hey im having issues with a weapon. i am using mags redux but for some reason some times aweapon will not shoot. its not jammed and its loaded. some of its components are damaged but not broken and whether the gun shoots or not seems to be arbitrary

Hey, I got this problem where i seem to be stuck in Clear sky's mission to clear the machine yard. Already killed every enemy there (i have 2 companions and they don't seem to aggro on anyone) but the Clear sky's troops either don't come or died on the way. Is there a fix to this?
