Having a weird issue with ultrawide (32:9 5120x1440 and at 21:9 3880x1440) that I can't seem to find anyone else with, whenever I go near a wall, like say through a doorway or in a cramped area it seems to stutter around, not like framerate wise but it's as if the game is losing my characters place in the world

Hm, so i just reinstalled the 21:9 patch for 2D scopes because a) binoculars have been buggy and b) the 1PN93-1 scope was stretched.
As a result, all my 2D scopes are now squished when i run with the fix enabled and if i disable it, binoculars and the 1PN93-1 seem fine but my previous scope is squished.
Also, when i enable the fix in MO2 now

  You can have something like this directly in the root of your hard drive/SSD:

  THIS IS AN EXAMPLE, you can use whatever drive you want or create multiple folders, you can even have Anomaly in C: and G.A.M.M.A. in D:, AS LONG AS EVERYTHING IS SEPARATED AND NOT INSIDE A SINGLE FOLDER.

• KEEP IN MIND AND REMEMBER that performing many Full G.A.M.M.A. installation or MD5 Check WILL GET YOU FLAGGED AS A BOT BY Moddb FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR. It's either the installation OR the MD5 check.
  You can check if you’re blocked by going on Moddb, you simply need to open the site, if you're blocked, you'll know it instantly, you'll see a giant red screen with a warning.

Two things I noticed. 1) At a distance with the starter shotgun, they often just don't notice me shooting them. I've killed a group of 4 bandits, 1 at a time (including reloads), and they never acknowledged me killing them.

2. I've had enemies walk up right behind me and not shoot until I turned to face them.

For 1, I'd say it feels ~50 ft ish is where the issue starts
