Yes you cant not fix them. Honestly, I find that usually getting rid of the 1 condition parts and taking them up even if its to 45 or in the 30s with 1 good part can get the whole armor above 50 then you can use a repair kit to repair it.

A couple posts above that you can see the instructions on the path and what to change to roll back the performance change grok made. Some people (specifically laptop users) will get better performance that way, due to vram being shared with ram.

just go to BIOS, find SMT and disable that. It will disable multithreading on your CPU and since this game only supports single core, multithreading actually taxes single core performance in favor of improved multicore, but that's exactly the opposite of what you want for this game

I put a keybind but there is no animation or pop up notification telling me how much ammo I have left in the magazine.

To clean your "shaders_cache", don't use the option in the Anomaly launcher.
Go in this folder: Anomaly\appdata, you'll find a folder called shaders_cache, delete this folder and launch the game normally from MO2, using your preferred DX.
