This is what I did myself, combining parts from the mod that adds the ak107, as well as parts from the new vss isg, and the scope itself. I don't think it will work if you don't have the latest 3dss update and the mod that adds the ak107 installed

I'm using "G2X Tactical Light Presets v1.2" and "Nicer Flashlights" with the Boneworks light style below in the load order.
This way I can get the NPCs having their headlamp on from the first mod and having the radius and shader of the second. I think that works lovely.

Alternatively hud_draw is a command I think if your keyboard lacks num keys (should be bindable too in settings)

To unhide body health you need to tap H twice since it switches between 3 states (3rd state is default)

You can go in Mod Organizer > Right click open in explorer on IXRTR > gamedata > textures , there should be folder named Internal, delete it. Try if it works now, dunno if there is a better way, but this should be fine.

I guess heavy snowfall/blizzard is the alternative of storm/rain

some of the cool white flashlight mods get too bright they hurt my eyes,this has a nice balance
