A gigantic thank you to @tame mortar for this guide, thanks to this legend we finally have something easy and straightforward to add G.A.M.M.A. to Steam and thank you to @sweet cobalt for the tip at the end.

1): Open Steam, in your LIBRARY tab, press "ADD A GAME" (first pic)
2): Press "Add a Non-Steam Game" (first pic)
3): Press "BROWSE..." (second pic)
4): Go to your G.A.M.M.A. RC3 folder and direct Steam to your ModOrganizer.exe (third pic)
5): Press "Add Selected Programs"

You can also add this following line in the Launch option window under Properties for the non-Steam game, with this line, the "Play" button in Steam directly opens the game:
