YES, pretty much.
I have already finished the entire game 2 times with different factions (Military and Mercs), and even if I only used 2, the factions with access to the MAIN missions are a lot (Loners, CS, Mercs, Duty, Freedom etc.)
Even if some factions have some exclusive quest only for that faction, I not see it being worth several hours only to get to that specific quest.

That's why I'm constantly adding new content to the game, new items (guns, food, drinks etc.), game mechanics, textures replacers etc.

Reduce your Specular Gloss Factor, from .5 to .4, that should help a lot.
I had the exact same issue, for me this applied to me and NPCs, they were shinny AF
You will need an extra mod for that tho, I don't know why, but the game reverts to the default value any changes made to this setting.

This gun needs to be balanced, it is the most expensive rifle in this caliber, but it is worse than the DSA for 56000rubles. DSA has more ammo, accuracy, almost all features are better except laser. It has to be balanced (either raise the price of DSA or raise the parameters here).
P.s. it would be cool to have a laser sight on DSA (this is its only disadvantage).

I use Late Fall (snowless) + GoTZ = Dead autumn, something like Misery. As reshade i use AtmosR+

Annnd Jaku's improved shaders (disabled by default in gamma)

I prefer the green flourishing nature zone, I'm more after High res texture packs and things that will sharpen the imagery of Gamma, I just dont know of any/havent found any that are compatible with the gamma modpack

Default gamma is rly good btw, you can change models to HD ones by frosty and get new update for SSR but thats pretty much everything you can do beside playing on 4K

You can change reshades, nut thats just different color paletes tbh

Its also time in game, sometimes it looks very good ( thats when people takes SS) other time not so

and that pack is fully texture packed, so you don't need anything else to run alongside it
