Having troubles with 3DSS (3D Shader Scopes) and GIMP (GAMMA Immaculate Munitions Pack), the mods themselves are busted?

1. Download the mods manually:
   3DSS and GIMP
2. Place them into [Your Gamma]\downloads folder, replace if needed.
3. Open Gamma Launcher and press Install/Update GAMMA

IF it's your first installation, leave all boxes CHECKED.
If your mods are busted, UNTICK Check MD5 and Force git download (OR follow instructions provided by a Helper)

4. Wait for the installation to finish.

Having troubles with 3DSS mod download or the mod itself is busted?

1. Download the mod manually from this link
2. Place it into [Your Gamma]\downloads folder, replace if needed.
3. Open Gamma Launcher and press Install/Update GAMMA

IF it's your first installation, leave all boxes CHECKED.
If your mod is busted, UNTICK Check MD5 and Force git download (OR follow instructions provided by a Helper)

Quicksaves don't work, or you are crashing when you save/quicksave/autosave

This is because Anomaly's old-ass engine cannot handle character or PC usernames that have letters aside from A-Z a-z А-Я а-я. No punctuation, no numbers, and no other non-alphabetic characters.

To fix the issue for quicksaves or regular saves, rename your character in settings > gameplay > general (input new name, press enter then apply at the bottom) or start a new game. To fix crashes from autosaves, you'll have to change your PC username (really). If this still doesn't work, go to one of the support channels.

Having troubles with 3DSS (3D Shader Scopes) and GIMP (GAMMA Immaculate Munitions Pack), the mods themselves are busted?

1. Download the mods manually:
   3DSS and GIMP
2. Place them into [Your Gamma]\downloads folder, replace if needed.
3. Open Gamma Launcher and press Install/Update GAMMA

IF it's your first installation, leave all boxes CHECKED.
If your mods are busted, UNTICK Check MD5 and Force git download (OR follow instructions provided by a Helper)

Youre shooting "unarmored" stalkers. Armored stalkers will outright ignore any damage from the 357 because it has low penetration so itll do zero damage basically.

Merc can get ammo from both via bandits being friendly. Not super easy to get nato guns early on tho cuz youre allied w all the nato factions

Well you can kill them but other than that it just kinda sucks, there is a chance they leave the zone but it typically makes the body empty. Your companion won’t claim kills tho

is that stash full of lots of tiny items? Its probably the quantity. Get more stashes with fewer items in them.

Means you have to big of a stash but if it still happens then go to mod organizer and tick the option that says “select if stuttering” should help a bit, I recommend using different kinds of box’s for ammo, parts, armor, weapons etc

Yes, AKM is definintely an upgrade. the Vitiaz uses basically "pistol" caliber, you want a proper rifle caliber that you hold with both hands, like a manly man

1. Dont play on avx 2. Make sure everything is up to date driver wise 3. Get rid of everything besides stalker in task manager 4. Try to make more stashes like a base. I use a 4070 super overclocked and it still lags sometimes bc I hoard to many bullet parts

They probably pay bandits for their drugs who knows. Same reason Mercs are technically friends with bandits when they'd probably be a nuisance. They pay em off or use them for goods
