If you don't have the latest launcher, use !v8 in #🤖bot-commands and follow instructions.

2. Temporarily disable your antivirus if you have Avast, AVG, Norton or Malwarebytes
3. Close Mod Organizer 2
4. Open the GAMMA Launcher
5. (optional) Disable "force git download" and "force zip extraction". This will make it go quicker.
6. Click "Install / Update" and wait for it to finish completely.
7. Re-open Mod Organizer 2.

Assuming you are on the latest version of GAMMA, try any one of these at a time (in no particular order) to see if it helps with stutters or microfreezes:

1. Bring your modlist back to default (type !default in #🤖bot-commands )
2. If you have a NVIDIA GPU, you can enable Triple Buffering, and set Low Latency Mode to Ultra in NVIDIA control panel
3. Open Anomaly Launcher via MO2 and tick Prefetch sounds
4. If you have a beefy GPU, use Anomaly (DX11) (no avx)
5. Activate the Turn this on if you stutter mod to alleviate stutters while losing some FPS
6. Consider looking at #╰⚡fps-optimisation for a performance boost, if that channel is locked go here to unlock: #⏩start-confirm
7. In game, go to Settings > Modded Exes > Optimization > Lua Garbage Collector and increase this bit by bit until microstutters/freezes stop. Default value is 300, people seem to find that 750-800 is the sweet spot, this will depend on your hardware

if you disable mutators they hit as they are meant to the mutators also only affected npcs that were ranking up based on kills they did in the world

no, there isnt. its a base game issue, but the mod we added called "Safe spawn" is meant to handle that, but doesnt seem to count anything in a set radius
